Abstract: For the current status and existing problems in the development of China's phosphate chemical industry,the macro economy and development status,and the progress of new technologies are analyzed,and considering the huge impact by the tight supply of phosphor and sulfur resources around the world on China's phosphate chemical industry,the development strategies are proposed to optimize the structure of the phosphate chemical industry,and step up efforts in the development of cyclic economy,energy saving and emission reduction,so as to increase the competitiveness,and develop the phosphate chemical industry of Yunan,Guizhou,Sichuan and Hubei in a strong and fine manner.

Abstract: According to the connotations of the sustainable development of the phosphorus chemical industry, and by constructing the evaluating system on the four directions of developing foundation, developing compatibility, developing level and developing sustainability, this paper builds a multi-level Fuzzy-G1 evaluating model on the sustainable development of the phosphorus chemical industry. And by taking the phosphorus chemical industry development statuses in provinces of Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Hubei of China as the empirical research samples, some relevant policy suggestions are also proposed. Finally the empirical application indicates that the evaluation method and model are feasible and operable. The result shows that the evaluation on the sustainable development of phosphorus chemical industry is valuable to promote the scientific development of the social economy.
