The Voice of Emotion in Chinese and Italian Young Adults
TL;DR: In this paper, a comparative study of the vocal expression of emotions in Chinese versus Italian cultures was conducted, where participants were asked to read short stories inducing different emotions (joy, sadness, anger, fear, contempt, pride, guilt, and shame) within a scenario approach.
Journal ArticleDOI
Validation of locus of control scale in Chinese organizations
Jiajin Tong,Lei Wang +1 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper reviewed Rotter's (1966) internal-external locus of control (LOC) scale and examined the feasibility of its use in Chinese organizations and found that the scale had acceptable reliability, good criterion-related validity, and empirical validity.

A third dose of inactivated vaccine augments the potency, breadth, and duration of anamnestic responses against SARS-CoV-2
Kang Wang,Yunlong Richard Cao,Yunjiao Zhou,Jiajing Wu,Zijing Jia,Yaling Hu,Ayijiang Yisimayi,Wangjun Fu,Lei Wang,Pan Liu,Kaiyue Fan,Ruihong Chen,Lin Wang,Li Jing,Yao Wang,Xiaoqi Ge,Qianqian Zhang,Jianbo Wu,Nan Wang,Wei Wu,Yidan Gao,Jingyun Miao,Yinan Jiang,Lili Qin,Ling Zhu,Weijin Huang,Yanjun Zhang,Huan Zhang,Baisheng Li,Qiang Gao,Xiaoliang Sunney Xie,Youchun Wang,Qiao Wang,Xiangxi Wang +33 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors dissected the immunogenic profiles of antibodies from 3-dose vaccine, 2-dose and convalescents and found that a third booster dose of inactivated vaccine produces a highly sifted humoral immune response via a sustained evolution of antibodies capable of effectively neutralizing SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern.
Journal ArticleDOI
The electrical behavior of carbon nanotubes under high pressure
TL;DR: In this paper, the electrical resistance and capacitance of multiwalled carbon nanotubes produced by modified arc discharge were studied under pressure up to 20 GPa on a diamond anvil cell (DAC).
Journal ArticleDOI
Necessary and sufficient asymptotic stability criterion for 2-D positive systems with time-varying state delays described by Roesser model
Xingwen Liu,Wensheng Yu,Lei Wang +2 more
TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that a 2D positive system with time-varying delays is asymptotically stable for any bounded delays if and only if the corresponding constantly delayed system is stable, or equivalently if the sum of the system matrices is a Schur matrix.
