Abstract: The invention provides a static dedusting air purifier which comprises a shell, wherein a static dedusting unit used for ionizing air and enabling pollutants to form particles and subside, a mixed flow sterilization unit used for retaining ionized air and carrying out sterilization through utilizing ozone generated after ionization, a detection unit used for detecting an air quality parameter in the mixed flow sterilization unit and outputting the air quality parameter to a control unit, and the control unit used for receiving the air quality parameter and controlling the static dedusting unit and/or the mixed flow sterilization unit to act according to the air quality parameter are sequentially arranged inside the shell from bottom to top, wherein a circuitously communicated airflow channel is formed inside the mixed flow sterilization unit; the ozone concentration of an inlet of the airflow channel is higher than the ozone concentration of an outlet of the airflow channel; the outlet of the airflow channel is connected with a clean air feeding fan; the control unit controls the air speed of the clean air feeding fan; and clean air is exhausted through an upper air outlet in the top end of the shell The static dedusting air purifier has the advantages of good purification effect, low energy consumption and convenience in utilization

Abstract: The invention provides a linear compressor and an oil lubricating method thereof. The linear compressor comprises an outer casing which accommodates refrigerating mediums and lubricating oil; an air cylinder, a piston and a piston shaft are arranged inside the outer casing; a gap is formed between the air cylinder and the piston shaft; a flange plate is configured on the outer peripheral surface of the air cylinder; an air cylinder cover is fixed on the flange plate; an exhaust valve is arranged on the internal side of the air cylinder cover on the end portion of the air cylinder; space which is defined by the piston, the air cylinder and the air cylinder cover is separated into a compression chamber and an exhaust chamber which are communicated through the exhaust valve; the linear compressor is provided with an oil storage air chamber which is communicated with the exhaust chamber and the gap; the lubricating oil is connected with the compression chamber through an oil suction pipe; the lubricating oil enters into the compression chamber through the oil suction pipe due to relative movement between the piston and the air cylinder; the lubricating oil and the refrigerating mediums are mixed inside the compression chamber to form into high pressure gas-oil mixture; the high pressure gas-oil mixture is discharged into the exhaust chamber; partial high pressure gas-oil mixture enters into the oil storage chamber and the gap is full of the partial high pressure gas-oil.

Abstract: The invention provides a piston positioning device of a linear compressor. A piston comprises a piston head and a piston rod with a hollow internal, wherein the piston head and the piston rod are movably connected through an elastic component. The piston of the linear compressor adopts a movable connecting method, so that the abrasion of a cylinder piston is reduced, the cylinder clamping generation of the linear compressor is prevented, the defects of cylinder clamping and abrasion due to such factors as low coaxiality and impurity entrance are overcome, and the efficiency and the reliability of the linear compressor are improved.

Abstract: The invention discloses an anti-collision travel control method of a reciprocating type compressor, the reciprocating type compressor and a refrigerator. The anti-collision travel control method of the reciprocating type compressor comprises the following steps that (1) the counter electromotive force sensed by a coil is collected; (2) zero-cross detection is conducted on the counter electromotiveforce; and (3) secondary derivation is conducted on a counter electromotive force curve, a secondary derivation value is obtained, and when it is judged that a piston operates to an upper stop point,the absolute value of the current secondary derivation value is compared with a threshold value t1. According to the anti-collision travel control method of the reciprocating type compressor, the cost and space of installing a displacement sensor and other detection devices at present are saved; the position of the compressor is judged through software according to the high-low level generated bya zero cross circuit, and it is avoided that the piston collides with an exhaust valve plate.

Abstract: A rotating electric machine comprises a stator and a rotor. In the rotor, numerous slots are formed along a circumferential direction. In the each of slots, a first stator coil and a second stator coil are inserted and insulated by an insulator inserted before inserting the coils in the slots. The insulator encircles the first and second stator coils so as to be formed into an S shape. The center portion thereof extends over the area between the first and second stator coils. One end of the insulator is held between one surface of the center portion of the insulator and the first stator coil. Other end of the insulator is held between another surface of the center portion of the insulator and the second stator coil.

Abstract: The invention discloses a permanent magnet type air pump, relates to low-pressure air compression equipment and belongs to a double-cylinder or double-membrane single-phase alternating-current full wave air pump. Driving power of the permanent magnet type air pump is produced through combined action of a magnetic field of a permanent magnet and an electromagnetic field. The two sides of a driving shaft 6 of the permanent magnet type air pump are provided with two permanent magnets 10 correspondingly, the middle of the driving shaft 6 is provided with a coil 4 and a hollow iron core 5 which are fixed to a pump body 3, and the driving shaft 6 can freely move in the hollow iron core 5 in the axial direction. When the coil 4 is connected to a single-phase alternating-current power source, an alternating magnetic pole is produced on the side, facing the permanent magnet, of the iron core 5, and the sides, facing the iron core 5, of magnetic poles of the two magnets on the driving shaft are the same in polarity (N pole or S pole). Due to the fact that the driving shaft 6 does straight reciprocating motion under the effect of attraction and repulsion of the electromagnetic field and the permanent magnet field, two pistons or membranes are driven to achieve air pump suction and compression stroke. Due to the fact that only attraction of the electromagnetic field is used as driving force of the electromagnetic type air pump, the permanent magnet type air pump has the good energy saving effect.

Abstract: The invention discloses a compressor and a refrigerating device and belongs to the technical field of compressors. The compressor comprises a compressor body. An air cylinder, a piston mechanism arranged in the air cylinder and an oil storage part are arranged in the compressor body. The piston mechanism comprises a piston head and a piston rod. The oil storage part is used for storing lubricatingfluid. A first oil storage groove is formed in the outer wall of the piston rod. The compressor body is further provided with an oil suction pipeline. The oil suction end of the oil suction pipelinecommunicates with the oil storage part. The oil discharging end of the oil suction pipeline communicates with the inner wall of the air cylinder. When the piston mechanism conducts reciprocating compression motion in the axial direction of the air cylinder, the oil discharging end of the oil suction pipeline and the first oil storage groove can be switched between a communication state and a separation state. By means of the compressor, due to the oil storage groove of the piston mechanism and the oil suction pipeline communicating with the oil storage groove, the compressor can utilize negative pressure generated during the reciprocating motion of the compressor to automatically extract the lubricating liquid to lubricate the piston mechanism during running, the internal structure of thecompressor is simplified, and running stability of the compressor is improved.

The oil pump assembly comprises a cylinder body with an inner cavity, a piston and an elastic reset piece, wherein the piston is movably arranged in the inner cavity and divides the inner cavity into a first cavity body and a second cavity body; the cylinder body is provided with an oil inlet hole and an oil outlet hole which both communicate with the first cavity body; the elastic reset piece is arranged between the cylinder body and the piston; the elastic reset piece is arranged in the first cavity body, and the second cavity body is an empty cavity; or the elastic reset piece is arranged in the second cavity body, and the first cavity body is an empty cavity. According to the technical scheme, the problems that an oil pump of a linear compressor is complex in assembly process and high in cost in the prior art are solved.
