TL;DR: The results showed that all accessions could be divided into three major groups and the clustering pattern was related to the classical ecogeographical grouping: occidentalis, pontica and orientalis, suggesting the positive correlation between the cluster results and the geographical origin of the grape accessions.
Abstract: A total of 45 grape accessions were used to investigate the genetic polymorphism and relationships among Chinese and other European or America grape accessions by microsatellite markers. Eighty-six alleles were detected in 9 simple sequence repeat (SSR) loci with an average of 9.6 alleles per locus. Genetic similarity ranged from 0.38 to 0.83 with an average value of 0.58. This indicated sufficient diversity among the accessions. Based on cluster analysis and principal coordinate analysis, the results showed that all accessions could be divided into three major groups and the clustering pattern was related to the classical ecogeographical grouping: occidentalis, pontica and orientalis. Those from the same ecological group could cluster preferentially in most cases into one group, suggesting the positive correlation between the cluster results and the geographical origin of the grape accessions. Wine grapes were significantly differentiated from table grapes no matter whether the accessions were fr...

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a heat recycling device and a resource recycling water closet system to solve the problem that hot water in a water heater can only be used once and is hard to recycle in the prior art.
Abstract: the invention provides a heat recycling device and a resource recycling water closet system, and aims to solve the problem that hot water in a water heater can only be used once and is hard to recycle in the prior art. The heat recycling device comprises a pressurizing recycling device, the pressurizing recycling device comprises a sealed large water tank, a small water tank, a hot water outlet pipe, a cold water return pipe and a float valve, the small water tank is arranged on an upper portion inside the large water tank, the hot water outlet pipe is arranged at the top of the large water tank, the cold water return pipe is arranged on a side portion of the small water tank, the float valve is arranged inside the large water tank and is capable of isolating the large water tank from the small water tank when a liquid level in the large water tank is higher than the bottom of the small water tank, the water outlet position of the hot water outlet pipe is lower than the water return position of the cold water return pipe, the hot water outlet pipe is connected with a water inlet end of a heat applying unit, a water outlet end of the heat applying unit is connected with the cold water return pipe, and a heating element used for heating liquid inside the large water tank is connected to the lateral lower end of the large water tank. By adopting solar energy as an energy source and using hot water repeatedly, the heat recycling device and the resource recycling water closet system have the advantages of greenness and high efficiency.

TL;DR: In this paper, a mathematical model was constructed for calculating carbon emission in the whole sewage treatment system process and the model calculated the carbon emission changes after upgrading three sewage treatment plants and identified the critical controlling unit.
Abstract: It is of great significance to establish a carbon emission management system and carbon emission reduction target to put forward emission reduction measures for each subunit of a sewage treatment plant In this paper, a mathematical model was constructed for calculating carbon emission in the whole sewage treatment system process Meanwhile, the model calculated the carbon emission changes after upgrading three sewage treatment plants and identified the critical controlling unit The results showed that the CO2 produced from electric energy consumption and chemical application was the primary source of carbon emission of wastewater treatment Raising sewage discharge standards appropriately could effectively reduce the carbon emission generated by each link of the wastewater treatment plant Further improvement of effluent standards could adversely affect sewage treatment plants in terms of energy, resources, and greenhouse gas emissions In addition, raising the standard of total phosphorus concentration in the effluent may lead to a corresponding increase in the amount of phosphorus removal agents, as well as an increase in indirect carbon emission, material consumption, and chemical sludge Therefore, it is necessary to develop sewage treatment technologies that are economical, applicable, energy-saving, and environmental friendly to realize the environmental benefits of carbon emission reduction in sewage treatment and sustainable utilization of energy and resource from wastewater
