Journal ArticleDOI

Discovery of a first-in-class CDK2 selective degrader for AML differentiation therapy.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper developed first-in-class CDK2-targeted proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs), which promoted rapid and potent CDK 2 degradation in different cell lines without comparable degradation of other targets.
Journal ArticleDOI

Gram-scale total synthesis of teixobactin promoting binding mode study and discovery of more potent antibiotics.

TL;DR: A one-pot reaction to conveniently construct the key building block l-allo-Enduracidine in 30-gram scale in just one hour and a convergent strategy to accomplish a gram-scale total synthesis of teixobactin are developed and found two potent analogous.
Journal ArticleDOI

Design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of multiple targeting antimalarials.

TL;DR: An extremely potent molecule, RYL-581, is identified, which binds to multiple protein binding sites of P. falciparum simultaneously and kills various drug-resistant strains in vitro and shows good solubility as well as in vivo activity.
