Abstract: This study analyzed the activity of expert table tennis players during a match, in reference to course of action theory (Theureau, 1992). Matches were videotaped, and the players' verbalizations as they viewed the tapes were collected a posteriori. The data was analyzed by (a) transcribing the players' actions and verbalizations, (b) decomposing their activity into elementary units of meaning, and (c) grouping the elementary units into larger sets. The results showed that the matches began with an inquiry into the specific features of the opponent's play. This was followed by reproducing the actions identified as effective during the inquiry. The results are discussed in relation to the role of training in expert performance.

Une des particularites de cette recherche est de decrire les transformations complexes et conjointes des composantes cognitives, emotionnelles et perceptives au fil de plusieurs contextes de classe et de formation. Cette description permet de souligner trois modalites de developpement de l'activite des professeurs stagiaires et met l'accent sur l'impact (ou non) de l'intervention du formateur sur leur activite en classe.

Abstract: Cet article decrit et analyse les effets d'un dispositif d'observation destine aux professeurs stagiaires de l'enseignement secondaire d'un institut de formation en France ayant pour vocation de les preparer a leur premiere affectation professionnelle. Confrontes successivement a une serie d'extraits video sur le travail enseignant en milieu difficile, puis deux mois plus tard au travail en situation reelle de ces enseignants, les stagiaires ont ete invites a decrire leurs emotions, perceptions et reflexions au cours de ces differentes sequences d'observation pour en comprendre les effets formatifs. Les resultats montrent le potentiel d'apprentissage genere par ces dispositifs d'observation video et in situ des situations professionnelles mais aussi la necessite d'accompagner l'analyse reflexive des stagiaires pour qu'elle puisse contribuer a leur propre developpement professionnel.

Abstract: Guillaume Serres, Luc Ria, David Ade. Entwicklungsprozess der beruflichen Tatigkeit je nach Klassen-und Ausbildungskontext: der Fall der ReferendarInnen im Unterrichtsfach Sport. Vorliegender Forschungsartikel bietet eine Analyse der Entwicklung der beruflichen Tatigkeit bei ReferendarInnen in der Grundausbildungsphase (Unterrichtsfach Sport). Eine der Besonderheiten dieser Forschungsarbeit besteht darin, die verwickelten und zusammengehorenden Veranderungen zu beschreiben, die in den kognitiven, emotionalen und perzeptiven Komponenten nach mehreren Klassen-und Ausbildungskontexten auftreten. Diese Beschreibung erlaubt es, drei Entwicklungsprozesse in der Tatigkeit der ReferendarInnen hervorzuheben, und unterstreicht gegebenenfalls die Auswirkung der Anwesenheit des Tutors auf ihre Tatigkeit in der Klasse.
