Abstract: For the pulse width modulation(PWM) high-speed on-off valve of a certain ramjet regulator,a simulation study on the system dynamic characteristics of pressure and flow rate during regulation of high-speed on-off valve was carried out by establishing a dynamic mathematical model of high-speed on-off valve system.The factors that influence the valve dynamic output characteristic were analyzed.The results indicate valve seat diameter,driving frequency and volume of control cavity are the main reasons that influence valve performance.The methods to improve the dynamic performance were provided.A reference is also provided for improving control system accuracy and performance in this paper.

Abstract: Hydraulic modulator regulates the pressure of four wheels independently to realize the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) function. The pressure regulator, also called hydraulic control unit, works by controlling several valves to realize the on-off operation of the liquid paths. This paper focuses on working mechanism and hydraulic response characteristics of inlet valve of hydraulic control unit through simulation analysis.

Abstract: Application of high-speed on-off valve in the hydraulic cylinder speed control system was researched in this paper. Series and parallel application schemes between high-speed on-off valve and hydraulic cylinder are proposed. Model of high-speed on-off valve and hydraulic circuit were established to carry out simulation. The speed and acceleration curve of hydraulic cylinder were achieved by the means of simulation with Simulink. The simulation curves show that, two application schemes can both control the speed of hydraulic cylinder effectively. Series application scheme can be only applied to small flow hydraulic system; parallel application scheme has wider application.
