TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present two operational implementations of this approach, in a large industrial company and within the projects of students in an engineer school, in order to guarantee an immediate reactivity to events which influence the project.
Abstract: Within the framework of a real engineering of projects development in companies, the projects supervision proves to be essential. It is a question of defining a generic step and an organization making it possible to guarantee that no weak point was forgotten, and that the control of the project is assured. The objective is to guarantee an immediate reactivity to events which influence the project. Two operational implementations of this engineering of projects are presented, in a large industrial company, then within the projects of students in an engineer school.
