Beneficial ownership chain and its evaluation arrangement

This article examines the problems of forming a strategy for enterprise development in a post-industrial society. A characteristic feature of the contemporary post-industrial society is the constantly evolving new knowledge. Globalization processes and comprehensive digitalization affect the economic behavior of all economic entities and should be taken into account in the formation of strategies for their development. The driving force of progress in Contemporary conditions is closely related to the development of the abilities of a person, whose interests and needs are becoming one level higher. New transformation processes require enterprises to carry out balanced investment activities, research markets, competitors, suppliers, and conduct an effective marketing policy. Businesses need to implement planning taking into account the prospects for its development. The enterprise development strategy should be long-term and contain a flexible plan of action in the direction of innovation based on a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, available resources and potential of the enterprise. For the successful functioning of the enterprise, the objective necessity is the assessment of its competitiveness, which is based on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise for its maximum improvement and finding hidden opportunities for development. The implementation of the development strategy requires efficient investments and optimal use of available resources to achieve the planned results. In the process of creating a development strategy, companies need to take into account the various characteristics that affect it.

Enterprise Development Strategies in a Post-Industrial Society

The importance of marketing support for the effective realization of entrepreneurial potential and increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise has been proved. The functions of marketing in management of production and marketing activity of the enterprise are defined. The scientific and methodological approach to the estimation of the effectiveness of marketing support of the management of entrepreneurial potential is offered. The example of light industry enterprises of the Khmelnitsky region illustrates the method of calculating integral indicators of economic efficiency. The types of interaction of the basic elements that shape the competitiveness of the enterprise are substantiated and their optimal variant is established.

Marketing Provision Of Realization Of Entrepreneurship Potential As The Basis Of Enterprise’s Competitiveness

A model for the optimization of the mechanism of tariff discount on overloading is constructed. The conditions under which this discount is advantageous for port are determined. A comparative table of profit at a discount and without it is presented.Dependence of the freight traffic from the rate at overload accepted as linear, and shows the dependence of (also for simplicity and clarity – linear) discount from basic rate on the value of freight traffic. The optimum value of the coefficient of discount from rate of seaport at different ratios is identified from the analysis of such economic and mathematical model.Comparative calculations of profit with discount and without it conducted according to overload of oil at Odessa port production and transshipment complex show that for different possible values of the cost an optimal discount is 10 - 20 % of the basic rate, while freight traffic is increasing by 40 - 95 % and the total profit is increasing by 10 - 25 %, i.e. the proposed discounts mechanism is efficient and very effective. Thus optimum values of the coefficient of discounts in depending on the system settings and conditions when discount is profitable or not are determined.

Port Tariffs Discounting Mechanism Optimization

The production and transport systems optimization models, as well as classical transport or distributive problems, mainly concentrate on finding of the plan, optimum according to own characteristics, and don't take into account costs on system transition from its given (initial) state to defined as optimum. The neglect of such transitional expenses leads to certain losses of the corresponding models’ adequacy and to obtaining the absolutely-optimal solution, which is invariant to initial system state. In our paper we introduce and investigate the notion of relatively-optimal plans. The basic types of dependences of relatively-optimal plans and maximum achievable profit on the production and transport system initial state under the different functions of transitional expenses are determined. Corresponding computer calculations are also carried out and confirmed our theoretical results and conclusions. From the mathematical point of view, the accounting of initial states and the transitional expenses, on the one hand, complicates the corresponding models and computing processes, however on the other hand – does the models even more interesting, creates additional non-trivial effects.

Initial states and transitional expenses in production and transport systems optimization

In this study criterion of maximum profit intensity for transportation problems, in contrast to the known criteria of minimum expenses or minimum time for transportation, is considered. This criterion synthesizes financial and time factors and has real economic sense. According to the purpose of this paper, the algorithm of the solution of such a transportation problem is constructed. It is shown that the choice is carried out among Pareto-optimal options. Moreover, the factor of time becomes defining for the high income from transportation, and the factor of expenses – at low ones. Not absolute but relative changes of numerator and denominator become important when the criterion represents the fraction (in this case – the profit intensity as the ratio of profit to time). A nonlinear generalization of such transportation problem is proposed and the scheme of its solution in a nonlinear case is outlined. Graphic illustrations of Pareto-optimal and optimal solutions of transportation problem by profit intensity criterion are also given.
