Abstract: In the digital world, Software is used to speed up the process. With a software development team, we can accomplish a fast market strategy. Since the last decade, IT development and the BPO team have worked on the assigned tasks daily basis, in which there are 40 to 50% of redundant jobs. The latest trend that is catching the eye of the majority of the tech industry is chatbots. To reduce these redundant tasks, by adding the Chatbot and intelligence to support the customer on time. Any organization needs good customer service to retain their customers. This paper explains the effective and efficient way of utilization of AI-based DB Bot for the Production Support Maintenance (PSM) Team to take care of the Database related towers. BOT will follow three simple Principles Rules Engine, Knowledge Data-Driven (KDD) System, and response to the query by using the MS Luis API. DBBOT predicted the queries and provided the solutions with an accuracy of 40.09% and it reduces the cost of the manpower and increases the quality of customer service.

Abstract: In this digital world, Video and Audio (unstructured) data have increased exponentially over the past decade. CCTV surveillance used as a method of maintaining the records for audit to provide Safety and Security as well as Legal, Insurance, Financial, and Health. Storage of video data made safe and secure to the society and organization. However, it is a challenge, in storing the different formats of video data and utilization of space is a constraint, time limit on data storage as well, and not easy to retrieve the data based on the event. Currently, the CCTV transmitted video data is stored in the database server without any changes in the conventional approach. In our hypothesis efficient data stored for an extended period for, further processing. Proposed Hybrid solution with three stages to store the video data in the Specific system.1. Removing the redundant frames by using an efficient background subtraction algorithm 2. Threshold/Entropy approach on Keyframe Extraction and 3. FFmpeg module to compress the file. Executed our solution on a real-time CCTV system in a retail store consists of three cameras to calculate the reduction percentage and improvement of the storage time limit in the specific system. Effectively retrieving Videos from the database without any loss at any point in time. Storage space reduced by 40%, so that increases the period from 60 days to 90 days and it is easy to retrieval the data based on the date and time.

Abstract: In this digital world, technology changes exponentially to increase the speed, efficiency, and accuracy. To achieve these features, we need good programming language, high-end hardware configurations, permutation, and combinations of scenarios based on testing. Applications are developed to make more interactive and reduce the complexity, reduce the transaction response time, and without failure at the end users. For any graphical user interface application, they need to be tested either by Manual/Automation Testing tools. Robust Automation Testing (RAT) tool is built on the Hybrid Automation Framework which is easy to learn and reduces the automation scripting time/coding, while execution increases the permutation and combination of the test scenarios without changing the test steps. There is no dependency on the test data and maintenance-free. RAT tool is for testing the application from creating the manual/automation test scripts, generating the test data, executing the automation scripts, and generating the customized reports. RAT tool shows that the performance is increased the accuracy of validation by 97%, no cost to the tool. Manual tester is enough to complete the automation script execution, and frequency of execution is increased and reduces the maintenance of the scripts to less than 10% cost as well resource cost reduced to 38%.

Abstract: Past research has shown that transit passengers’ fears and concerns about safety influence their travel decisions. While the relationship between women’s fear of crime and public space has been the focus of considerable research, transit environments—which are especially threatening to female passengers—have received much less attention. This study examines the issue of women’s safety on transit through a survey of U.S. transit operators. The findings show that most respondents believe women have distinct safety and security needs, but most do not think agencies should put specific programs into place to address these needs. In addition, only a handful of agencies currently have programs that target the safety and security needs of women. This survey suggests that there is a significant mismatch between the safety and security needs and desires of female passengers and the types and locations of strategies that transit agencies use.
