TL;DR: A new Sciophilinae—Azana atlantica, sp.n.—is described from the Atlantic Forest in southeastern Brazil, and Azana, Morganiella, Neoaphelomera, Neotrizygia, and TrizyGia are shown to compose a small clade within the Azana-group of genera.
