TL;DR: In this paper, the authors defined the model of development of the teacher's professional competence and defined the teacher has to understand the social role and functions in modern society; to aspire to the high level in development of professionalism when mastering psychology and pedagogical knowledge; to own personal qualities: insistence, pedagogogical advantage, competence, professional responsibility.
Abstract: In the modern education the attention is paid to the teacher's development and self- development of the identity, the teacher, who can be flexibly guided in the difficult social circumstances, and is professional work in the conditions of the reformed educational organization In this regard is defined the model of development of the teacher's professional competence The teacher has to understand the social role and functions in modern society; to aspire to the high level in development of professionalism when mastering psychology and pedagogical knowledge; to own personal qualities: insistence, pedagogical advantage, competence, professional responsibility When forming the teacher's professional pedagogical competence it is necessary to pay attention to gender aspect The gender perspective is one of those subjects which are interesting to modern society Gender distinctions should be considered in educational process both in relation to trainees, and in relation to teachers Men and woman train differently and there are essential gender distinctions in their behavioral and communicative aspects, in the solutions of many pedagogical problems and in styles of the teachers' professional activity Our article is devoted to the analysis of this problem, which is urged not only to designate this problem, but also to develop specific conditions on its decision DOI: 105901/mjss2015v6n3s7p97

TL;DR: In this article, the authors developed a method for determining the time of using the pair of excitation light pulses indicative of the speed of excitations in the central nervous system, allowing to increase the accuracy of its diagnosis.
Abstract: Itwasdevelopedamethodofevaluationofindividualefficiencyduringphysicaltrainingandsports, allowing to increase the accuracy of its diagnosis. The method is based on determining the time of using the pair of excitation light pulses indicative of the speed of excitation in the central nervous system. It was described the results of evaluation of physical performance of athletes aged 20 to 22 years, specializing in cyclic sports: long-distance runners and skiers. Qualification of testee is I discharge and candidates master of sports. Probationers were pre-trained in a certain threshold pulse interval (PI) , in which two pulses in a pair merge into one. When bicycle exercise load equal to 75% of maximal oxygen consumption due, subject periodically determines the threshold PI. According to the obtained values of the threshold PI plotted in the coordinates of its dynamics «the threshold PI - the testing time». Testing was repeated after two days of rest to the load increased by 50 W until the threshold PI dynamics graph will have a downward trend. The level of physical performance is determined by the previous graph threshold PS having a «plateau», the volume of work performed by formula: А = W·t ,whereW – load power, W; t – testing time, sec. TL;DR: It was found that the coefficient of reliability of motor tests can be improved by standardizing testing, and the methodology of mass testing of 954 students in accordance with the requirements of standardization is discussed.
Abstract: In this article there is considered the problem of a standardization of testing the level of physical fitness of girls students. At current the method of testing is one of the main methods of pedagogical control of the level of physical fitness of exercisers’. In this case, the tests are the motor task, the results of which performance is evaluated the level of development of motor skills that form the basis of physical fitness person. One of the criteria that determine the accuracy of the estimate is the coefficient of reliability of the proposed test. It was found that the coefficient of reliability of motor tests can be improved by standardizing testing. Standardization is the rules and procedures of the various tests and associated actions. The article presents a method of testing for the five motor tests that are part of a comprehensive test battery to assess the level of physical fitness of girls students who not involved in sports: jogging 10 minutes; flexion and extension arms in emphasis lying on the lap in 30 seconds; raise the trunk in 30 seconds from a prone position on his back, arms at your sides, feet are not fixed ( hands-free ); "dislocate" with straight arms back with gymnastic stick; bending forward, standing on a gymnastic bench. The article also discusses the methodology of mass testing of 954 students in accordance with the requirements of standardization. DOI: 10.5901/mjss.2015.v6n3s7p265

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors analyzed from an economic, social and clinical point of view the effectiveness of medical care provided to patients with chronic purulent otitis media (HCSO).
Abstract: One of the current trends in otology is the prevention and treatment of chronic purulent otitis media (HCSO). The disease leads to decreased social activity, deterioration in the patients’ quality of life, often causes severe intracranial complications, and reduced perception of sounds at different frequencies with hearing impairment. The social significance of chronic purulent otitis media consists in a violation of working capacity in persons of the most mature age – 25–50 years, in connection with which, the disease causes certain economic damage to the state. In modern otorhinolaryngology, new therapeutic and diagnostic techniques are gradually being introduced, methodological approaches to surgical treatment and medicines for the treatment of HCG are being developed, which causes therapeutic and diagnostic progress, but in this regard has significantly increased the cost of medical care. The purpose of this work is to analyze from an economic, social and clinical point of view the effectiveness of medical care provided to patients with chronic purulent otitis media. The analysis was carried out on the basis of a literature review, collection and processing of material from official studies, published articles in domestic and foreign publications. Despite the significant advances made by modern otorhinolaryngology, the discussion regarding such a sinister disease and its medical and social aspects is still relevant. We can say that the etiological factors, the pathogenesis of HCSO have been studied quite carefully, the basic concepts of treatment have been developed. But there are new information and directions in this matter that need to be investigated. The problem of treating patients with chronic purulent otitis is of urgent importance for otosurgeons. Questions are being discussed about which type of surgical treatment (tympanoplasty) will be optimal, how many stages of intervention are required, what materials should be used. Тhe question of medical, economic and social justification for the disease of chronic purulent otitis media is subject to study. It is in this aspect that this problem is relevant.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors make various mesocycle plans for high school boys, engaged in speed skiing, with due account for their cardio-functional indicators obtained by means of the EGM.
Abstract: In speed skiing, an athlete’s functional readiness is tested by means of a bicycle ergometer (EGM). The purpose of this research is to make various mesocycle plans for high school boys, engaged in speed skiing, with due account for their cardio-functional indicators obtained by means of the EGM. The study was attended by the 16–17 years old, first-category and sub-master racing skiers, included in the junior regional teams of the Russian Federation (Republic of Tatarstan and Udmurtia). The total number of subjects included eight men. In training young racing skiers, a differentiated approach combined with leg muscle testing will allow an improvement in sports results more effectively at different stages, as well as monitoring the young athlete’s response to the cardiovascular load. Low cardiac capacity indices have a negative impact on the racing skier’s performance. EGM testing allows determining the maximum cardiac capacity by measuring the amount of oxygen delivered to the working muscles at the HR of 190 beats per minute. Therefore, case-specific aerobic load was planned for each mesocycle according to these data. Based on the cardiac capacity growth, such means of physical training as interval, high-speed, and tempo training were planned.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors focus on the need of focusing on the gender competence in the pre-service teachers so that they are able to Género: una categoría de análisis clave para desarrollar competencias para una cultura democrática.
Abstract: The area of Didactics of the Social Sciences and, in general, the Social Sciences, have progressively incorporated the theories of feminism, intersectionality and, therefore gender as a category of analysis, especially with regard to the development of historical thought, in the processes of learning and teaching. Research in this area is increasing and, in recent years, case studies, round tables and specific meetings have been developed. However, the main research problem is to know how the use or not of this analysis category is influencing students' thinking and what will be their teaching practice. This article is reflected on the need of focusing on the gender competence in the pre-service teachers so that they are able to Género: una categoría de análisis clave para desarrollar competencias para una cultura democrática 7 REIDICS, 11, 2022, pp. 06-19 acquire critical digital skills for developing in their students a true democratic culture which is not based on hegemonic cultural models, heteropatriarchal, sexist and eurocentric.
