Stereochemistry of copper(II) complexes with hexacyclen in solution
Ján Labuda,Mária Van Íčková,Vitaly V. Pavlishchuk,K. B. Yatsimirskii,Mariana Mitewa,Panayot R. Bontchev +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of solvent on the behavior of the copper(II) complex of 1,4,7,10,13,16-hexacyclooctadecane was investigated by cyclic voltammetry as well as visible absorption and EPR spectroscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI
EPR study on dichromate-dithizone interaction in nonaqueous medium
TL;DR: In this paper, the dichromate-dithizone interaction in organic media is studied in detail at different reaction conditions using the EPR method, and it is shown that the reduction proceeds through different reaction mechanisms depending on the mixture of dichromates and dithizones.
Journal ArticleDOI
Formation and Stabilization of Pd(Iii) in Presence of the Porphyrinato-Type Ligand Bilirubin
TL;DR: In this article, the formation of an octahedral low-spin PdL was proved exhibiting an anisotropic 2-component EPR spectrum (g1=2.007 and gu=1.998) and effective magnetic moment μeff = 1.7 BM.
Journal ArticleDOI
“Platinum blue” complex with a new type of bridging ligand
TL;DR: In this article, a paramagnetic tetrameric "Platinum Blue" complex with the bioligand creatin was synthetized and its structure studied by means of IR and EPR spectroscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Laser flash photolysis of PtCl2−6—l-proline and PtCl2−6—l-tryptophan methanol solutions
TL;DR: In this article, the laser flash photolysis of PtCl 2−6 methanol solutions in the presence of l -proline and l -tryptophan revealed the formation of transient trivalent platinum complexes with these bioorganic ligands.
