The purpose of this paper is to identify and prioritize the positive and negative impacts of tourism on the process of tourism growth at a national scale in Iran, by taking into account the reviews of previous studies, views of experts and structural analysis.,In this investigation, structural analysis technique has been used to identify the correlation between variables by using mix method data analysis. By using cross-impact analysis (N × N integer matrix) in the form of the Micmac method, the economic, sociocultural and environmental factors have been evaluated.,The results of the distribution of factors in the coordinate axes and the graphs between them indicate their features, and for reaching a sustainable system of tourism development, at first, priority should be given to the negative influential factors, especially the environmental fields, and then the focus should be on the decrease of the dual and risk variables as they cannot be anticipated.,For the rapid growth of tourism in many countries, governments ensure that policies have been heeded in designing and preparing general plans of the country to understand how the development trend is moving on. In this respect, arisen impacts of tourism system are one of the important issues during the development path and in the field of tourism future. Because of the complexity and broadness of tourism activities, these impacts have also many interconnected dimensions that should also be considered while studying tourism impacts.

Structural analysis of the tourism impacts in the form of future study in developing countries (case study: Iran)

The study, conducted with the aim to find out the mediating role of consumer buying behaviour. 68.5 percent respondents represent the young generation of the country, 36 percent students participated in the response. As per results, 46 percent respondents’ family contain 1-5 members. 567 respondents represents the population of Pakistan. Smart PLS 3.2.7 has been used in the study. In order to measure scale and model bootstrapping, Algorithm, Fornell and Larker criterion (Discriminant Validity) and HTMT (sensitivity of multicollinearity) ratio has been used along with rule of thumbs set of scholars related to results founded. Study filled the gap of mediation of CBB. Research findings involve a direct relationship of price with customer satisfaction. Positive relationship between price and consumer buying behaviour, and positive mediating role of consumer buying behaviour between price and customer satisfaction.

Motivation is one of the factors that influence the success of the physical education learning process. Motivation is divided into two dimensions, namely intrinsic motivation (arising from within) and extrinsic motivation (which is influenced by external or environmental factors). The success of physical education depends on the amount of motivation (motivation) that appears in students. If intrinsic motivation is greater than extrinsic motivation, the success of physical education will be easier to realize. This study aims to determine the motivation orientation of junior high school students in participating in physical education and to determine differences in motivation orientation based on gender in attending physical education in junior high schools. The population in this study were students of SMPN 40 Surabaya, amounting to 677 students. The research sample was 262 students. Sampling was done by random sampling technique with class as the unit of analysis. The data collection method in this study used a motivational questionnaire adapted from Deci (1971). This questionnaire has a validity of 0.356 to 0.755 and reliability (alpha) of 0.6854. To analyze the data, we used parametric statistical analysis of one sample t-test & independent samples t-test. To process it using the Windows version 20.00 SPSS statistical application program. The results obtained from the analysis of the one sample t-test as a whole obtained a mean value of 20.94 intrinsic motivation and a mean value of 14.63 extrinsic motivation. So that intrinsic motivation is greater than extrinsic motivation. For the results of the independent analysis of the sample t-test, it was obtained that F count was 3.68 with a significance of 0.00. Because it is significant 0.00 <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that the motivation orientation of students of SMPN 40 Surabaya tends to be intrinsic and there are significant and significant differences in the motivation orientation between male students and female students based on gender differences.

Differences in Motivational Orientation in Physical Education in terms of Gender Differences

University management seeks to achieve the objectives established by higher educations institutions, including their third mission, which corresponds to the transfer of research results into the industry; in this regard, emerging technologies play an important role to solve problems identified in the industry. Emerging technologies are those found in the embryonic stage of its life cycle. Although they have features that make them difficult to manage, they can quickly change the dynamics of the market. That is why it is necessary to analyze the management process of these technologies at the university level, due to, in many cases, it is in high education institutions where these technologies arise. This paper presents results of a study aiming at analyzing the process of university management of emerging technologies in a developing country, identifying gaps in such process in relation to referent countries, and proposing recommendations to reduce those gaps. The research methodology included benchmarking to identify best practices concerning referent universities and a case study in which a university research group in a developing country was analyzed. Results indicate that universities of developing countries acknowledge the importance of managing emerging technologies, which should lead to structural changes in the Systems of Science and Technology as well as in the higher educations institutions and in the management of the research groups that generate and use these technologies. However, the analysis identified some key success factors of referent universities to be either absent or acting defitienly in the focal case studied. Finally, some recommendations are proposed to reduce the identified gaps.

This research aims to explore the factors encouraging entrepreneurial intentions at the Instituto Tecnologico Metropolitano (ITM - Metropolitan Technological Institute), located in Medellin. The methodological design set out is a qualitative type through the application of 29 semi-structured interviews to undergraduate students from Instituto Tecnologico Metropolitano (ITM). They were interrogated about identified opportunities for new products, family social influence to create a business, balance between work and private life, as well as the motivating situation for business creation. Among the results, it was observed that students searched for creating a business by the expectation of labor independence. Among the suggestions, is set out that universities adopt teaching models oriented to entrepreneurship in order to have an overview over structure of the business sector when students finish their studies.

Factores que inciden en la intención emprendedora del estudiantado universitario: Un análisis cualitativo

The technique of structural analysis in foresight study from the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of Instituto Tecnologico Metropolitano- ITM Medellin, Colombia allowed defining the strategic variables that will guide its strengthening in 2020. The aim of this article is to present the conceptual references of the technique and results of the implementation of MICMAC to determine the degree of influence and dependence variables. The methodology used to achieve the objective was the analysis of 55 key variables that were prioritized because of their importance to determine the 15 strategic variables that have to project the future actions taking into account the situation of autonomy, power, conflict and output. In this regard, it is concluded on the relevance of the variables in the power quadrant corresponding to the mobility, physical and technological infrastructure as they are those that enable participation and interaction with other academic, productive and governmental entities; and in the quadrant of link variables of strategic direction, teachers, students, research, partnerships, academic management, financial resources and innovation have the greatest influence on future variables that have an effect on capacity building and the effective allocation of institutional resources. The method employed was structured from an epistemological-documental analysis of successful educative models and the identification of relevant areas of change in high education institutions (HEI). As a result, it can be said that better codifications, curricula, and educational structures can be obtained thanks to knowledge management. In brief, through adequate knowledge management, faculties and departments at HEI have ample opportunities for development in interdisciplinary research projects. Besides, knowledge management helps to reduce costs, have new services for the students, and achieve teaching styles, as well as implement consultancies and personalized learning.
