TL;DR: Preliminary pooled estimates of all-cause mortality for 24 European countries/federal states participating in the European monitoring of excess mortality for public health action (EuroMOMO) network, for the period March–April 2020, show excess mortality particularly affected 65–65 year olds, but also 45–64 and 15–44 year olds.

Trouble with bleeding: risk factors for acute hepatitis C among HIV-positive gay men from Germany--a case-control study.

TL;DR: Sexual practices leading to rectal bleeding, and snorting drugs in settings of increased HCV-prevalence are risk factors for acute hepatitis C, and sharing snorting equipment as well as sharing sexual partners might be modes of sexual transmission.
