Abstract: This research is to improve product development with resource-based innovation that is based on the competitive advantage of local product SMEs with an initial market orientation and the role of mediating entrepreneurial skills and driving skills. This study is based on product cases in the domestic market and develops markets for local SME products with interviews and quantitative methods in 30 Small and Medium Enterprises in Central Kalimantan with PLS SEM analysis tools. The findings in this study included identifying and supporting mediating roles. Entrepreneurial orientation towards product innovation in increasing proactive knowledge and risk-taking, innovative market-oriented ideas in product innovation. This research only has results and research units from the scale of local SME products and then for research and theoretical research can be examined on a large scale with additional literature on market orientation. The research implications of research and analysis in product research in local products with market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation can increase revenue and sales, SMEs can implement EO as an important role after market control to improve innovation products and as a strategy in competition with cultural values. The novelty in research is the contextual business strategy and the theory of RBV in a significant positive competitive advantage from EO support in local SME product innovation.

Abstract: Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Kalimantan Tengah menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang tinggi, dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam pemasaran. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi dari Marketing Capabilities dengan analisis Social Media, Learning Orientation dan Market Orientation yang mampu sebagai pengaruh yang signifikan dapat meningkatkan pemasaran sebagai Pengembangan Produk, Kemampuan harga, Kemampuan komunikasi. Penelitian di lakukan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner sebanyak 50 UKM di sektor kuliner Kal-Teng yaitu Kerupuk Ikan Saluang dan di analisis secara kuantitatif dengan regresi hasilnya positif signifikan Social Media dan Market Orientation signifikan terhadap Marketing Capabilities sedangkan Learning Orientation tidak signifikan terhadap Marketing Capabilities. Implikasi penelitian untuk berkontribusi dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan menjadi kajian/pertimbangan pelaku usaha UKM Kuliner Kal-Teng untuk meningkatkan Marketing Capabilities sebagai strategi bisnis.

Business strategy is the key to improve marketing performance, antecedent’s entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation business strategies to drive the value of dynamic innovation and marketing capabilities. Business strategy needs to be established based on Resources based theory (RBV) to manage business resources effectively and efficiently in the craft business. This paper performs a survey on 187 entrepreneurs of Nyatu tree sap products, in the province of Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The study is a quantitative analysis with a questionnaire processed with the application of SEM-AMOS 24 statistics. The results of the research estimate and goodness of fit index and evaluation of business strategies are applied to reach an environmentally friendly and quality manner for customer support. The research implication is that businesses can continue to implement dynamic business strategies with the business environment in their business practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract: Research in the field of banking business management during a pandemic requires the cooperation of organizations with the changing business environment. Resources that are able to be managed effectively and efficiently at the Central Kalimantan Regional Bank in Indonesia are thus managed in an effort to support the organization. The key to the bank’s performance as an innovative organization lies in the core business values that are strengthened by organizational resources, so that the focus of value innovation becomes the activities that improve business performance as a mediating factor between external and internal factors. Research was conducted on 250 senior employees with quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) statistical tool. It was found that external factors originating from market orientation and social capital significantly improved business performance. The success of the mediation process as a novelty research conceptual research has significant positive results as a core business innovation to improve the business performance of Central Kalimantan regional banks. The research objective is to improve banking performance by collaborating between consumer needs, value innovation and social capital as a trigger for excellent change in Bank Kal-Teng. The value of this research is as a reference for innovating capability value as the main business strategy using information from external factors, so as to improve the bank’s business performance as needed.

Abstract: Research in the field of management to improve the performance of higher education services during a pandemic requires service human resources to quickly act effectively and efficiently in resource management. Getting customer satisfaction from services is a benchmark for universities to optimize capabilities and expertise that are carried out online with employees' intellectual capital. This study was analyzed quantitatively using SPSS 24.0 statistical tools on 250 state university students in Central Kalimantan, and the result is that the dimensions of intellectual capital are positive and significantly improve service performance by 69.2% of the human capital variable. 63,3% of the capital structure variable. and 71.3% of the relational capital variable. The resulting service performance will enhance the university's reputation that is reliable and has an organizational culture in terms of responsiveness, responsibility, effectiveness and reliability. The implication of this research is to prioritize maximum service and service performance in order to always create a good relationship between service users and the community in general.
