High-detectivity multilayer MoS(2) phototransistors with spectral response from ultraviolet to infrared.
Woong Choi,Mi Yeon Cho,Aniruddha Konar,Jong Hak Lee,Gi Beom Cha,Soon Cheol Hong,Sangsig Kim,Jeongyong Kim,Debdeep Jena,Jinsoo Joo,Sunkook Kim +10 more
TL;DR: Multilayer MoS(2) phototransistors further exhibit high room temperature mobilities, near-ideal subthreshold swings, low operating gate biases, and negligible shifts in the threshold voltages during illumination.
Journal ArticleDOI
Highly Sensitive, Photocontrolled, Organic Thin‐Film Transistors Using Soluble Star‐shaped Conjugated Molecules
Mi Yeon Cho,Su Jin Kim,Yoon Deok Han,Dong Hyuk Park,Kyung Hwan Kim,Dong Hoon Choi,Jinsoo Joo +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the highly photosensitive characteristics of organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) made using soluble star-shaped oligothiophenes with four-armed π-conjugation paths, 4(HPBT)-benzene-based organic phototransistors, having a relatively high quantum yield, are reported.
Journal ArticleDOI
Soluble Star-Shaped Molecules Based on Thiophene Derivatives as Organic Semiconductors for Field-Effect Transistor Applications
Kyung Hwan Kim,Zhenguo Chi,Min Ju Cho,Jung-Il Jin,Mi Yeon Cho,Su Jin Kim,Jinsoo Joo,Dong Hoon Choi +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, three star-shaped crystalline molecules were synthesized through Horner-Emmons reactions using hexyl-substituted thiophene-based carbaldehydes as dendrons and [1,2,4,5-tetra-(diethoxy-phosphorylmethyl)-benzyl]-phosphonic acid diethyl ester as the core units; these molecules have been fully characterized.
Journal ArticleDOI

Journal ArticleDOI
Light‐Emitting Rubrene Nanowire Arrays: A Comparison with Rubrene Single Crystals
Jin Woo Lee,Kihyun Kim,Dong Hyuk Park,Mi Yeon Cho,Yong Baek Lee,Jin Sun Jung,Dae Chul Kim,Jeongyong Kim,Jinsoo Joo +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a new method of growth of a light-emitting rubrene nanowires array with diameters of 200 ± 10 nm by using organic vapor transport through Al 2 O 3 nanoporous templates is described.
