TL;DR: Quality of life was decreased in all eight dimensions of the SF-36v2 compared with norm-based scores from a general US population and Multivariate regression analysis showed that number of co-morbidities, chronic pain and dyspareunia had an independent negative effect on both the physical and mental component of the Short Form 36 version 2.
