Abstract: El libro propone un recorrido por el ciclo de desarrollo del sistema de informacion de la empresa, desde el nivel de planificacion, en el cual se impone la alineacion con la estrategia empresarial, hasta el nivel de construccion, en el cual es necesario contar con el estatus de avance de las tecnologias informaticas y de comunicacion, pasando por los niveles de analisis y diseno. Con ese enfoque, el profesional y el estudiante, tanto universitario del Grado en Ingenieria Informatica como de Ciclos Formativos de Informatica y Comunicaciones, conoce todas las etapas, fases y tareas y los pasos a dar, tanto desde el punto de vista organizativo como tecnico, para concebir e instalar el sistema de informacion en una PYME o en una gran empresa. La gestion del proyecto es tratada en detalle, tanto en los aspectos tecnicos como relacionales. Igualmente, se tratan de forma ilustrada los metodos, tecnicas y herramientas necesarias para desempenar los oficios de analista, consultor y director de proyecto, asi como una serie de temas colaterales, de preocupacion tanto para el tecnico como para el gerente, como son los de la auditoria de la calidad, la seguridad de los sistemas, la seleccion de hardware y software, la gestion de los riesgos de los proyectos, la documentacion de los sistemas y los patrones de estimacion de costes y esfuerzo de los trabajos a llevar a cabo.

Abstract: El libro aporta una vision completa del CRM en la empresa. Desde sus primeras paginas el alumno inicia un recorrido interesante en el que ira adquiriendo un conocimiento exhaustivo y actual de la estrategia CRM y de su implantacion en el mundo empresarial. La experiencia en CRM de los autores proyecta una vision global y responde a cuestiones que van mas alla de meros conocimientos teoricos. El libro posee una eminente aplicacion practica sirviendo como guia imprescindible en el complejo mundo de la consultoria y direccion de proyectos al alumno universitario del Grado en Ingenieria Informatica y al de los Ciclos Formativos de Informatica y Comunicaciones, en el caso de que quieran desarrollar su faceta profesional en dicho area. Los ejemplos de proyectos CRM que se describen son reales y responden a una extensa carrera profesional en ese ambito lo que proporciona una herramienta academica indispensable para que los sistemas CRM y su aplicacion tecnica en la empresa puedan ser entendidos con amplitud desde el principio. En definitiva, el libro ofrece una perspectiva 360o de la Gestion de las Relaciones con los Clientes (Customer Relationships Management).

Abstract: This article examines how stores that promote fair trade in the city of Quito are managed. It starts by contextualizing the fair trade movement. Then analyzes the current commercial conditions under which the stores operate. It ends by determining the existing relationship between these stores’ commercial management and their use of ICT. The final goal is to pose commercial management strategies based on ICT that would contribute to improving the position of these stores in the competitive market.

Abstract: The current world is going through a digitalization process. Considering this paradigm allows saying that social networks are becoming a sophisticated and necessary tool in relations among people. This type of means provides the user with a wide range of functionalities based on interaction and communication with other individuals in society. If it is applied in the educational environment, social networks encourage new forms of learning with a high motivating component on the part of the students. The research is carried out in a teaching cooperative of the Autonomous City of Ceuta, Spain. This kind of education center pursues the quality and innovation in the services they offer. This study seeks to understand the use of social networks for educational purposes in a cooperative educational center. In order to carry out this process, a sample of 40 teachers and 80 students was taken, using a mixed method from a quantitative approach, through questionnaires and a qualitative one, through semi-guided personal interviews. The most significant results reveal that 85% of teachers present unfavorable opinions about the use of social networks in the school environment, and, on the other hand, 96% of students are in favor of including these new tools in the learning process. It is concluded that, although the teaching cooperative seeks innovation among its principles, the teaching groups are not willing to include these methodologies in their didactic repertoire.

Abstract: High-plateau flight safety is an important research hotspot in the field of civil aviation transportation safety science. Complete and accurate high-plateau flight data are beneficial for effectively assessing and improving the flight status of civil aviation aircrafts, and can play an important role in carrying out high-plateau operation safety risk analysis. Due to various reasons, such as low temperature and low pressure in the harsh environment of high-plateau flights, the abnormality or loss of the quick access recorder (QAR) data affects the flight data processing and analysis results to a certain extent. In order to effectively solve this problem, an improved least squares support vector machines method is proposed. Firstly, the entropy weight method is used to obtain the index weights. Secondly, the principal component analysis method is used for dimensionality reduction. Finally, the data are fitted and repaired by selecting appropriate eigenvalues through multiple tests based on the LS-SVM. In order to verify the effectiveness of this method, the QAR data related to multiple real plateau flights are used for testing and comparing with the improved method for verification. The fitting results show that the error measurement index mean absolute error of the average error accuracy is more than 90%, and the error index value equal coefficient reaches a high fit degree of 0.99, which proves that the improved least squares support vector machines machine learning model can fit and supplement the missing QAR data in the plateau area through historical flight data to effectively meet application needs.

Abstract: The Valle de Guadalupe is an important wine region, where most of the wineries are micro, small and medium-sized companies. One of the main barriers faced by companies of this magnitude, to adopt information systems, is acquisition costs; so free software represents an opportunity. The objective of this research is to identify the information systems of free and non-free license, which are used by the wineries of Valle de Guadalupe, in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. A questionnaire was applied to 20 wineries; as results, it was found that the main systems they use are the facturation system, accounting and point of sale system, and only two wineries use a free license information system. Abstract: Because it is a resource of fundamental importance for the creation of sustainable competitive advantages for organizations, knowledge and its management represent a field where research and studies must be developed and deepened in a continuous way, in order to generate benefits for all agents involved such as organizations, employees, collaborators, partners, customers, governments and citizens. Despite its strategic position, considerable organizational knowledge is lost due to the deficient creation, acquisition, management and conservation of organizational memory. To achieve organizational success, knowledge management and organizational memory must keep the same step, since it is understood that organizational memory is explicit internal and external knowledge, for its use and reuse. The aim of the study is to highlight the similarities and completeness between both concepts for organizations to understand the importance of coordinating them jointly and thus obtaining the desired results. To this end, this study carried out a survey of publications in the area of ”‹”‹Information Science, a science that studies the topics covered. Through this survey, the following premise was verified: it is not possible to implement the full management of knowledge in an organization without adequate coordination with its organizational memory.
