Predicting the response to cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) using the deep learning approach

TL;DR: In this paper, a Deep Learning (DL) algorithm was used to predict the response to cardiac resynchronization therapy with an error rate of 91.85% and an Area Under Curve (AUC) of 0.957 and a sensitivity of 94.22%.

Evaluation of Pattern Recognition Techniques in Response to Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT)

TL;DR: An analytical set of individual, clinical, and laboratory variables, echocardiography, and electrocardiography (ECG) are proposed with patients’ response to CRT, and introducing back-propagation of error neural network algorithm in order to decrease classification error are the most important achievements of this research.
