Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding liquid distributing system for supplying a grinding liquid to a place for operating a plurality of grinding finishing machines of a plastic lens, and particularly provide the grinding liquid distributing system for automatically gathering and efficiently disposing of grinding chips from a plurality of lens finishing machines. SOLUTION: The plurality of grinding finishing machines 21 are provided with common grinding liquid tank 1 and centrifugal separator 3. A grinding liquid tank 1 is provided with suction pumps 14, and independent grinding liquid supply piping 15 corresponding with respective grinding finishing machines 21. Drain piping 25 of the grinding finishing machines 21 is connected in parallel to a waste liquid port of the plurality of grinding finishing machines 21. A waste liquid is gathered in the centrifugal separator 3, the grinding chips are separated by centrifugal force, and are disposed to reduce quantity, and an overflowing liquid of the centrifugal separator 3 is returned to and reused in the grinding liquid tank 11.

TL;DR: In this article, a dust lift device is installed between a dust bit D and a hopper 10 and performs a continuous feeding of dust into the hopper, and a screw having no axis is installed at the rotary body and its upper part is extended to form a dust bridging phenomenon preventive part.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of reducing an amount of soot and dust, provide the safety of an incinerator, save of the control over the incinerator and reduce a cost or expenditure by a method wherein a lower neck barrel of a hopper at an upper feeding inlet of an incinerator is made as a rotary body, a screw having no axis is installed at the rotary body and its upper part is extended to form a dust bridging phenomenon preventive part, and the rotary body is rotated in its normal or reverse direction CONSTITUTION:A dust lift device A is installed between a dust bit D and a hopper 10 and performs a continuous feeding of dust into the hopper A screw 13 is installed within the hopper 10 and is cooperated as a boggie 14 at the lower end of the hopper is rotated A shape of the dust lift device shows an arcuate frame It prevents an attaching and generation of dust and can show a normal or reverse rotation in cooperation with the transmission 15 That is, a sprocket 18 showing a cooperative operation under the presence of the sprocket 16 and a chain 17 from the transmission 15 is attached around the hopper of the boggie 14, and the deformed screw 13 is rotated together with the truck Several projections 19 are projected at the screw 13 in any direction and resistance projections 20 are projected at the hopper side and then the dropping and feeding of the dust are assisted

TL;DR: In this paper, a bridge preventing arm on the extention of a screw shaft which is vertically planted at the lower end feed-out port of a hopper and which may be driven moderately and fastly.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent powder from brinding in the above-mentioned feed-in device for feeding power into a pneumatic air conveyor pipe, etc. by providing a bridge preventing arm on the extention of a screw shaft which is vertically planted at the lower end feed-out port of a hopper and which may be driven moderately and fastly. CONSTITUTION:When a screw shaft 3 is moderately and fastly rotated by means of a motor 11 and bevel g4ears 6, 11, an arm 4 is rotated. With this arrangement powder in a hopper 1 is stirred and is then fed out by the screw shaft 3. Accordingly, the bridge phenomenon of powder may be prevented and therefore, the powder is smoothly transferred. Further, a controlled automatic continuous operation under temperature control may be realized, similar to liquid or the like.

TL;DR: In this article, a reverse revolving double screw conveyor with screws 11c and 11d on an outer cylinder and a central shaft was used to transfer highly humidified waste into a furnace and changing the speed of a transfer mechanism in proportion to the volume of humidity.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To burn highly humid waste to a perfect extent and enhance the effects of incineration and economic utility by introducing remaining heat or exhaust gas generated accompanying the incineration into a transfer passage designed to transfer highly humidified waste into a furnace, and changing the speed of a transfer mechanism in proportion to the volume of humidity CONSTITUTION:Waste is transferred upward by a reverse revolving double screw conveyor 11 equipped with screws 11c and 11d on an outer cylinder 11a and a central shaft 11b In the case when an attempt is made to use the heat generated from waste incineration coupled with the progress in incineration, or an oil burner, the remaining heat thus generated is turned into hot water This hot water is adapted to turn into vapor by way of a unit heater 1 while exhaust gas is introduced into the base part of a reverse revolving double screw conveyor 11 by way of a vapor duct 2 The discharged vapor is designed to turn reversely an outer cylinder equipped with a shaft 11b having a screw 11d and a screw conveyor 11c transfers and dries the dust accordingly When the humidity is extremely high, the rotation of the screw is controlled The waste thus dried enters an automatic charging machine 7

TL;DR: In this paper, a rotary discharge outlet is formed at the lower part of the chamber 7 and a screw 15 are rotated reversely to each other by a signal from the sensor 4 to discharge the refuse, thereby feeding it into the incinerator.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To automatically load refuse in a flowing manner and to prevent the incomplete combustion of the refuse by forming upper and lower chambers between a refuse conveyor and an incinerator, pressurizing the refuse in the upper chamber to press it into the lower chamber, and loading the refuse in the incinerator by an agitating screw in the lower chamber. CONSTITUTION:Refuse from a refuse conveyor 1 is temporarily stored in an upper chamber 6. When a lower chamber 7 becomes vacant, a beam sensor 8 is operated to open an intermediate door g. After the door is fully opened, a pressing cover 10 disposed above the chamber 6 is moved down to drop the refuse in the upper chamber into the chamber 7. A rotary discharge outlet 13 formed at the lower part of the chamber 7 and a screw 15 are rotated reversely to each other by a signal from the sensor 4 to discharge the refuse, thereby feeding it into the incinerator. The refuse is dropped into the chamber 7 in the chamber 6. When the cover 10 arrives at a rising end, the conveyor 1 is started by its signal to feed the refuse into the chamber 6. When the quantity of the refuse in the chamber 6 is so stored as to arrive at the height of an upper limit beam sensor 17, the conveyor 1 is stopped by the signal to wait for the signal of the sensor 8.

TL;DR: In this article, a roughing tool for roughing a periphery of an eyeglass lens cuts the periphery up to a roughed path without rotating the lens in a first stage and a calculating unit for obtaining control data of the lens rotating unit at the second stage.
Abstract: In an eyeglass lens processing apparatus, a roughing tool for roughing a periphery of an eyeglass lens cuts the periphery up to a roughing path without rotating an eyeglass lens in a first stage and the roughing tool moves along the roughing path while rotating the eyeglass lens in a second stage. A calculating unit for obtaining control data of the lens rotating unit at the second stage. The calculating unit obtains a first load torque applied to a lens chuck shaft at every rotation angle of the lens based on condition data, and obtains a rotation speed of the lens at which the first load torque per unit time becomes equal to or lower than a predetermined reference value.
