Electronic properties of single-crystalline Fe 1.05 Te and Fe 1.03 Se 0.30 Te 0.70
G. F. Chen,Zhigang Chen,Jichen Dong,W. Z. Hu,Gang Li,Xiaofu Zhang,P. Zheng,J. L. Luo,N. L. Wang +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a comprehensive study of the transport, specific heat, magnetic susceptibility and optical spectroscopy on a single crystal of Fe$1.05}$Te is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Semimetal-to-semimetal charge density wave transition in 1T-TiSe(2).
TL;DR: Optical spectroscopy results clearly reveal that the parent compound of the newly discovered superconductor Cu(x)TiSe(2) is metallic in both the high-tem temperature normal phase and the low-temperature CDW phase.
Journal ArticleDOI
Superconducting state coexisting with a phase-separated static magnetic order in (Ba,K)Fe2As2, (Sr,Na)Fe2As2, and CaFe2As2
Tatsuo Goko,Tatsuo Goko,Tatsuo Goko,Adam A. Aczel,Elisa Baggio-Saitovitch,S.L. Bud'ko,P. C. Canfield,Jeremy P. Carlo,G. F. Chen,Pengcheng Dai,A. C. Hamann,Wen Hu,Hiroshi Kageyama,Graeme Luke,J. L. Luo,B. Nachumi,N. Ni,Dmitry Reznik,D. R. Sanchez-Candela,Andrei T. Savici,K. J. Sikes,N. L. Wang,Christopher R. Wiebe,Travis Williams,Takafumi Yamamoto,W. Yu,Yasutomo J. Uemura +26 more
TL;DR: By muon spin-relaxation measurements on single-crystal specimens, the authors showed that superconductivity coexists with a strong static magnetic order in a partial volume fraction.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electronic structure of the BaFe2As2 family of iron-pnictide superconductors
Ming Yi,Ming Yi,D. H. Lu,D. H. Lu,James Analytis,J.-H. Chu,Sung-Kwan Mo,Sung-Kwan Mo,Ruihua He,Ruihua He,Robert G. Moore,Robert G. Moore,Xingjiang Zhou,G. F. Chen,J. L. Luo,N. L. Wang,Zahid Hussain,David J. Singh,Ian R. Fisher,Zhi-Xun Shen,Zhi-Xun Shen +20 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission to study the electronic structure of the pnictides and showed that the band structure of PNictides matches reasonably well with the prediction of local density approximation calculations after a momentum-dependent shift and renormalization.
Journal ArticleDOI
Multiple Phase Transitions in Single-Crystalline Na 1 − δ FeAs
TL;DR: These results provide direct experimental evidence of the magnetic ordering in the nearly stoichiometric NaFeAs, and indicate the development of energy gap at low temperature due to the occurrence of spin-density-wave instability.
