Electrical transport mechanisms and photovoltaic characterization of cobalt phthalocyanine on silicon heterojunctions
TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured electrical parameters to determine the conduction mechanisms of these heterojunctions and found that the forward current was increased exponentially with the applied voltage in the region of V ǫ ≥ 0.4V, which was dominated by the thermionic emission over the CoPc/p-Si interface.
