Abstract: Abstrak Pancasila merupakan identitas suatu bangsa Indonesia dimana nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam pancasila dijadikan sebagai pandangan hidup berbangsa dan bernegara bagi setiap warga negara indonesia. Oleh karenanya setiap warga negara Indonesia wajib mempelajari, memahami, dan mengamalkannya dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Pengenalan pancasila sejak masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar sangatlah penting, karena dapat membantu menanamkan moral, sehingga dalam bersikap dan berperilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang terdapat pada pancasila. GARUDAKU merupakan sebuah aplikasi mobile mengenai pengenalan pancasila dengan berbasis multimedia. Aplikasi Garudaku mendukung multimedia video, suara, gambar dan teks. Selain multimedia juga terdapat Augmented Reality dengan menggunakan marker sebagai perantara dalam menampilkan objek 2D. Terdapat dua jenis marker yaitu marker lambang untuk menampilkan lambang pancasila dan juga gambar illustrasi nilai-nilai pancasila, dan marker tokoh untuk menampilkan tokoh-tokoh pencetus gagasan dasar negara. Kata kunci: Pancasila, Moral, Media Abstract Pancasila is the indonesian national identity which the values are contained in pancasila serve as the view of life of nation and state fo every citizen of indonesian. Therefore, every Indonesian citizen must learn, understand, and practice it in various aspects of life. Introducing Pancasila since elementary school is very important, because it can helps instill morale so that attitudes and behavior in accordance with the values of Pancasila. GARUDAKU is a mobile application of introducing Pancasila based on multimedia. Garudaku app supports Multimedia such as video, sound, image and text. In addition to multimedia there is Augmented Reality by using marker as an intermediary in displaying 2D Objects. there are two types of markers, symbol markers to display the symbol of Pancasila and also illustrative images of Pancasila values, and figure markers to display the originators of the basic idea of the state. Abstract: The Quran search system is a search system that was built to make it easier for Indonesians to find a verse with text by Indonesian pronunciation, this is a solution for users who have difficulty writing or typing Arabic characters. Quran search system with phonetic similarity can make it easier for Indonesian Muslims to find a particular verse. Lafzi was one of the systems that developed the search, then Lafzi was further developed under the name Lafzi+. The Lafzi+ system can handle searches with typo queries but there are still fewer variations regarding typing error types. In this research Lafzi++, an improvement from previous development to handle typographical error types was carried out by applying typo correction using the autocomplete method to correct incorrect queries and Damerau Levenshtein distance to calculate the edit distance, so that the system can provide query suggestions when a user mistypes a search, either in the form of substitution, insertion, deletion, or transposition. Users can also search easily because they use Latin characters according to pronunciation in Indonesian. Based on the evaluation results it is known that the system can be better developed, this can be seen from the accuracy value in each query that is tested can surpass the accuracy of the previous system, by getting the highest recall of 96.20% and the highest Mean Average Precision (MAP) reaching 90.69%. The Lafzi++ system can improve the previous system.

Abstract: Social change as a result of cultural dynamics often leads to friction in society. Islam as a universal religion with specific guidance based on the Quran and hadith has the role of scholars to translate the socio-cultural transformation in the form of fatwa. This research explains the role and influence of fatwa MUI on socio-cultural change in Indonesia refers to 47 fatwa MUI in socio-cultural field. Descriptive-qualitative method with deepening of literature study on socio-historical approach is used to answer the questions above. The result, there are 8 causes of socio-cultural change in Indonesia, namely the way of thinking, population growth, interaction with other communities and nations, new discoveries, technology, disasters and conflicts in the community. Although the law position of fatwa is not binding, some of its influence are quite significant such as the people involvement in the program KB, the development of sharia financial, and the correction to aqidah of ummah in the face of Christmas. –( Perubahan sosial sebagai hasil dinamika budaya sering menimbulkan gesekan di masyarakat. Islam sebagai agama universal dengan panduan spesifik berdasarkan Quran dan hadis memerlukan peran ulama untuk menerjemahkan transformasi sosio-kultural dalam bentuk fatwa. Penelitian ini menjelaskan peran dan pengaruh fatwa MUI terhadap perubahan sosio-kultural di Indonesia mengacu pada 47 fatwa MUI di bidang sosio-kultural. Metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan memperdalam studi literatur tentang pendekatan sosio-historis digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan di atas. Hasilnya, ada 8 penyebab perubahan sosio-kultural di Indonesia, yaitu cara berfikir, pertumbuhan penduduk, interaksi dengan masyarakat dan bangsa lain, penemuan baru, teknologi, bencana dan konflik di masyarakat. Meski posisi hukum fatwa tidak mengikat, beberapa pengaruhnya cukup signifikan seperti keterlibatan masyarakat dalam program KB, pengembangan keuangan syariah, dan koreksi terhadap aqidah ummat saat menghadapi natal. )-- Keyword : Fatwa, MUI, Socio-cultural, Influence.

Abstract: Latar Belakang : Media Promosi merupakan suatu alat untuk mengkomunikasikan suatu produk, jasa, image , perusahaan, instansi agar dapat lebih dikenal masyarakat lebih luas. Media promosi yang paling tua adalah media promosi dari mulut ke mulut sedangkan Media promosi yang klasik salah satunya adalah brosur dengan media kertas yang memilki beberapa halaman untuk memberikan informasi yang ditawarkan. Multimedia dapat membantu mempertajam informasi agar masuk dipikiran calon mahasiswa baru karena merupakan gabungan antara pandangan, suara dan gerakan. Augmented Reality merupakan sebuah teknologi yang menggabungkan benda maya dua dimensi atau tiga dimensi ke dalam suatu lingkungan nyata tiga dimensi yang langsung diproyeksikan ke dalam waktu nyata yang dapat dilihat serta dapat didengar juga. Metode : Brosur yang menggunakan Teknologi Augmented Reality dapat menjadi media sarana promosi baru yang lebih inovatif dan lebih kreatif untuk menarik minat calon mahasiswa, Augmented reality brosur secara real time sehingga calon mahasiswa baru dapat melihat gedung 3D STT DIM dan ruangan kelas 3D, dengan memanfaatkan Smartphone Berbasis Android. Hasil: Hasil pengujian aplikasi Brosur Augmented Reality menggunakan 8 Aturan Emas Desain Interface . Dari 8 Aturan tersebut, 7 Aturan berhasil diuji kelayakannya, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dapat dibuktikan dengan menggunakan kuisioner

Abstract: Multimedia learning is a component that can be used to support the instructional process. It is based on the perception that learning will take place with a good, effective, and enjoyable if it is supported by a media that can attract the interest and attention of the students. Multimedia in teaching and learning can be used in three functions . First, multimedia can serve as an instructional tool. Second, it can serve as a multimedia interactive tutorial, for example in the simulation . Third, it can serve as a source of multimedia instructions to learn, for example, multimedia is used to store a series of microscope slides or radiographs. Through multimedia learning, the subject matter could be more concrete because the information submitted be made in the form of text, sound, and images. The use of computer -based multimedia learning is expected to become more attractive, effective, and efficient in achieving the learning competencies, and be able to encourage students to be more active, generate interest and motivation to study so it will have a positive impact on student learning outcomes. Abstract: Delivering text simultaneously in written and spoken form is common in multimedia resentations.Nevertheless, the assumption that simultaneous presentations of written and auditory text is beneficial maybe erroneous. From a theoretical perspective, it is suggested that it persons are required to coordinate and stimultaneously process redundant material are such as written and spoken text, an excessive working memory load is generated. Working memory may be overburdened if instruction involves excessiveelements of novel information processed simultancously. The common instructional procedure (particularly in multimedia instructional) of presenting identical spoken and written material simultancously may need tobe avoided.
