Journal ArticleDOI
Modern trends in tungsten alloys electrodeposition with iron group metals
Natalia Tsyntsaru,Natalia Tsyntsaru,Henrikas Cesiulis,Mikolaj Donten,Jordi Sort,Eva Pellicer,E. J. Podlaha-Murphy +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors provide an overview of the works on electrodeposition of tungsten alloys with iron group metals, their properties and applications, and the adduced data are correlated with the compositions of electrodeposited alloys.
Journal ArticleDOI
Surface Wettability of Macroporous Anodized Aluminum Oxide
Josephus Gerardus Buijnsters,Rui Zhong,Natalia Tsyntsaru,Natalia Tsyntsaru,Jean-Pierre Celis +4 more
TL;DR: Practical guidelines for the synthesis of rough, highly porous AAO structures with controlled wettability are provided and the possibility of forming superhydrophobic surfaces is evaluated.
Book ChapterDOI
The Study of Thin Films by Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy
TL;DR: In this paper, the capabilities and advantages of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) as a useful and non-destructive technique are discussed, which can be successfully applied for the characterization of biosensing surfaces and/or in evaluation of bioanalytical signals generated by biosensors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structural, magnetic, and mechanical properties of electrodeposited cobalt–tungsten alloys: Intrinsic and extrinsic interdependencies
Natalia Tsyntsaru,Natalia Tsyntsaru,Henrikas Cesiulis,Eva Pellicer,Jean-Pierre Celis,Jordi Sort +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, structural, magnetic, and mechanical properties of Co-W coatings galvanostatically electrodeposited from a citrate-borate bath are investigated. And the intrinsic characteristics of the coatings such as crystallite size or tungsten content are correlated with the extrinsic growth parameters, such as pH, complexes distribution, and current density.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tribological and corrosive characteristics of electrochemical coatings based on cobalt and iron superalloys
Natalia Tsyntsaru,A. I. Dikusar,Henrikas Cesiulis,Jean-Pierre Celis,Zh. I. Bobanova,S. P. Sidel’nikova,S. S. Belevskii,Yu. S. Yapontseva,Oksana Bersirova,V. S. Kublanovskii +9 more
TL;DR: The tribological and corrosive characteristics of binary and ternary alloys electrodeposited from CoW, FeW, CoMoP, and CoWP citrate solutions are studied in this paper.
