To enhance the purity and crystallinity of magnetite nanoparticles prepared by surfactant-free electrochemical method by imposing higher voltage

TL;DR: In this article, the authors have successfully synthesized monodispersed magnetite nanoparticles by electrooxidation of iron in plain water without using any surfactant, although there are some impurities in the form of FeOOH, an intermediate species created during the formation of Fe3O4.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Synthesis of MgO/CoFe2O4 nanoparticles with coprecipitation method and its characterization

TL;DR: In this article, the authors synthesize and characterize MgO/CoFe2O4 nanoparticles using the coprecipitation method, and the results show that impregnated particles have spherical morphology and are larger in size than the two constituent components.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of Fe3O4 Nanoparticles using PEG Template by Electrochemical Method

TL;DR: In this paper, PEG 6000 was chosen as a template, so the synthesis process was performed by electro-oxidation of iron in the dilute solution of PEG, and particles with an average diameter of 62.5 nm were obtained.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of CaO@CoFe2O4 Nanoparticles and its Application as a Catalyst for Biodiesel Production from Used Cooking Oil

TL;DR: In this article, the authors synthesize and characterize CaO@CoFe2O4 and then study its potential catalytic in biodiesel production from used cooking oil in various weight percent of catalyst.
