Ethnogeographical structure of hepatitis B virus genotype distribution in Indonesia and discovery of a new subgenotype, B9
Meta Dewi Thedja,David H. Muljono,Neni Nurainy,Caecilia H. C. Sukowati,Jan Verhoef,Sangkot Marzuki,Sangkot Marzuki +6 more
TL;DR: The result provides the first direct evidence that the distribution of HBV genotypes/subgenotypes in the Indonesian archipelago is related to the ethnic origin of its populations and suggests that the HBV distribution is associated with the ancient migratory events in the peopling of the archipelagos.
Journal ArticleDOI
Genetic study of hepatitis B virus in Indonesia reveals a new subgenotype of genotype B in east Nusa Tenggara
TL;DR: A novel subgenotype, HBV/B7, was recognized, associated with populations of the Nusa Tenggara islands in eastern Indonesia, and characteristic differences in HBsAg serotype and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the Pre-S2 region distinguish HBV/(B7) from other HBv/B subgenotypes and further establish the new HBV sub genotype.
Journal ArticleDOI
Convalescent plasma therapy in patients with moderate-to-severe COVID-19: A study from Indonesia for clinical research in low- and middle-income countries.
Marliana S. Rejeki,Nana Sarnadi,Retno Wihastuti,Vininta Fazharyasti,Wisvici Y. Samin,Frilasita A. Yudhaputri,Edison Johar,Neni Nurainy,Novilia S. Bachtiar,David H. Muljono,David H. Muljono +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the outcome of convalescent plasma (CP) treatment in patients with moderate and severe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and investigated variables for the design of further trials in Indonesia.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cell line development for human erythropoietin with two additional N-links in CHO-DG44 cells
Adi Santoso,Yana Rubiyana,Popi Hadi Wisnuwardhani,Arizah Kusumawati,Endah Puji Septisetyani,Neng Herawati,Neni Nurainy +6 more
TL;DR: In this article , a cell line capable of producing recombinant human erythropoietin (hEPO) with two additional N-links using CHO-DG44 cells was developed.
