Abstract: The insurance is the valid means which transfers engineering risk, but applied very limited in our country. The present condition of the construction engineering insurance and the factors restraining its wide application are investigated. The investigation results indicated that the main factors restricting the development of construction engineering are various. The knowledge to insurance is not enough, or the fluke mind is existing. The contractor is inactive to insure. The owner regards the insurance as compulsive request of the government and the bank and has to fulfill it.

Abstract: The main framework of green construction management based on building information modeling (BIM) is constructed, and the related theories of BIM and green buildings are researched in more detail. The index of green construction is evaluated using the fuzzy evaluation method. The technical measures, management methods, field experience, and evaluation methods included in the green construction process are introduced in detail. Finally, effective measures to promote green construction management in China are proposed. This method is based on the specific technical measures and targeted management methods adopted in the green construction process. At the same time, the specific measures of construction project management in the era of big data are analyzed. It includes the collection and processing of data, the establishment of basic data models, the intelligent technology of big data clusters, and the application of blockchain big data. The purpose of the research is not only to effectively promote the development process of green construction in China, but also to reduce the waste of resources and environmental damage in the construction projects. At the same time, in the process of solving China's environmental protection, building construction must follow the guiding suggestions put forward under the green construction. This has an important reference value for promoting China's green construction work and has certain construction significance for realizing the sustainable development of the construction industry.

Abstract: The author suggests using computer technology and data mining in intelligent engineering management to increase the management capacity of engineering projects and decrease the consumption of construction expenses. The emphasis is mostly on theoretical and analytical approaches to problems of practical concern for data mining, perhaps in combination with other conventional tools, and the associated applications to engineers and managers of various industrial sectors. This has immediate benefits for both academic and applied data mining researchers as well as research students. The author developed a BIM project management system based on Browser/Server architecture and Client/Server architecture in conjunction with BIM technology and the BIM 4D model. To execute complete project management of business management, real-time control, and decision support, the system must establish and use its business logic and data exchange link. Each module in the 4D construction dynamic management subsystem recognizes dynamic management of the construction process, and the working duration of each module is determined by calculating by using the unified engineering decomposition principle, rationalizing the relevant data through time parameters, recording the acquired management data and storing it in the BIM database, and connecting the BIM database bi-directionally through the web server through the system integration. The results showed that when the time is 20[Formula: see text]min, the throughput of the system is higher than [Formula: see text][Formula: see text]kb/s. The system can effectively improve the project management ability, reduce the construction cost and construction period of the project, and the system responds quickly.

Abstract: The quality and safety of construction projects have been the headaches of the Government for long, however, the Government's extensive intervention disturbs the construction market instead of solving the problems. By insuring for construction quality and safety, the risk can be mitigated throughout the market, meanwhile, professional risk management companies are required to build to implement whole-process control, which will constitute a new assurance system for construction quality and safety. This paper first describes the new model of risk management and its innovation, then indicates its steps of operating and the experiments on an office building in Shanghai.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of present overseas and domestic situation of project insurance, and engineering practice in China, the risk management mode of civil engineering construction based on project insurance is put forward and its feasibility and management procedure are described. Some suggestions for its application in China, including compulsive insurance, main body of policy holder, market admittance policy, return of premium, are presented. This risk management mode makes full use of the benefit relationship between the construction enterprise and the insurance company. Its implementation would be helpful to lower the frequency and scale of accident in civil engineering construction so as to decrease the loss of social assets.
