Abstract: Pendidikan dan latihan Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) merupakan salah satu upaya Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan melalui Direktorat Jenderal guru dan tenaga kependidikan dalam peningkatan kompetensinya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program PKB dalam meningatkan profesionalisme guru khususnya pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Hasil penelitian bahwa melalui program PKB, guru dapat memperbaiki nilai uji kompetensi guru (UKG) yang belum memenuhi kompetensi capaian minimal serta sebagai wadah pengembangan diri seorang pendidik agar menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract: Artikel ini di tulis berdasarkan observasi awal dari penelitian tesis terkait permasalahan perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak dimasa pandemi Corona Virus 19. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam tentang pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap perkembangan sosial dan emosional anak usia dini dimasa pandemi Corona virus 19 di Kota Payakumbuh. Metode peneitian ini adalah Metode penelitian kombinasi (Mixed methods) . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua murid PAUD Kota Payakumbuh yang melaksanakan pembelajar di rumah bagi anak-anak di masa Pendemi Covid 19 yang tersebar di 3 kecamatan yang terdiri 125 orang walimurid PAUD. Proses pengambilan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pola asuh terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini di masa Pandemi Covid 19

Abstract: Anak secara hukum berhak mendapatkan perlindungan, namun dalam kenyataannya hak-hak anak masih belum terlindungi dan terpenuhi secara optimal terutama di lembaga PAUD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya profesionalisme guru PAUD dalam penyelenggaraan perlindungan anak berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Profesionalisme Guru anak usia dini sangat penting dalam penyelenggaraan Perlindungan Anak karena sebagian besar kasus perlidungan anak terjadi dalam lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract: ABSTRAK Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan adalah 1) Memberikan pengetahuan secara teoritis tentang pentingnya media pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini, 2) Melatih guru-guru dan pamong lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Kecamatan Lubuk Alung dalam membuat media pembelajaran menggunakan bahan sisa. 3) Melatih guru dan pamong lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Kecamatan Lubuk Alung menyusun Rencana Perangkat Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH) terkait media dari bahan sisa yang dibuat secara perkelompok, 4) Melatih guru dan pamong lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Kecamatan Lubuk Alung mempraktekkan kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan media dari bahan sisa yang telah dibuat secara perkelompok. Metode kegiatannya adalah : 1) Pelatihan secara teoritis tentang pelatihan media pembelajaran di lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, 2) pelatihan pembuatan media dari bahan sisa, 3) pelatihan penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian sesuai dengan media yang dibuat. 4) Pelatihan praktek penggunaan media dari bahan sisa yang dibuat merujuk pada RPPH yang telah dirancang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelatihan adalah : 1) peningkatan pemahaman guru dan pamong tentang pentingnya media pembelajaran pada lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. 2) Peningkatan kemampuan guru dan pamong dalam membuat media dari bahan sisa, 3) Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian terkait media dari bahan sisa yang dibuat untuk pembelajaran di lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, 4) peningkatan keberanian dan keterampilan mengajar guru dengan menggunakan media dari bahan sisa. The activity methods are: 1) theoretical training on learning media training in Early Childhood Education institutions, 2) training in making media from residual materials, 3) training in the preparation of Daily Learning Implementation Plans in accordance with the media created. 4) Training on media use practices from residual materials made referring to the prepare Daily Learning Tool Plans that has been designed. The results obtained from the training were: 1) increasing the understanding of teachers and tutors about the importance of learning media in Early Childhood Education institutions. 2) Increasing the ability of teachers and tutors to make media from residual materials, 3) Daily Learning Implementation Plans related to media from residual materials made for learning in Early Childhood Education institutions, 4) increased courage and teacher teaching skills by using media from residual materials Keyword: Learning Media; Waste material; Teachers and Civilians; Early Childhood Education Institute.

Abstract: The study aims to find out and describe what percentage (%) of pedagogical competence controversy of Early Childhood Education teachers in the teaching and learning process to the policy of Indonesia National Education Ministry. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and questionnaire. The validity test used the product moment formula while the reliability test used Cronbach's alpha formula. The results of the study showed that mastering characteristics of students is 10,5%; mastering learning theories and learning principles that educating is 10%; curriculum development is 9,1%; learning activities that educating is 20,02%; potential development of students is 7,4%; communication with students is 4,5%; and evaluation and evaluation is 8,0%. It can be concluced that the biggest controversy was found in the mastery of educational learning activities while the smallest mastery of communication.

Abstract: This research is motivated by the success of the PAUD Terpadu Al Furqan Jember in developing students' potential, academic, and non-academic achievements. This success cannot be separated from human resource management, especially teachers as educators. This study aimed to determine the process of human resource management for teaching staff at PAUD Terpadu Al Furqan Jember. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The results showed that the human resource management process in PAUD Terpadu Al Furqan Jember was carried out in planning, organizing, developing, and evaluating. The planning stage began with a needs analysis by the principal, followed by recruitment by the foundation. The principal's organizing stage is carried out by coordinating human resources' placement according to expertise and the appointment of a companion teacher to assist the apprenticeship program for new teachers. Schools and foundations carry out the development stage in competency improvement and quality control activities, routinely held every Saturday. The evaluation phase is carried out once a week after development activities and at the end of each semester carried out by the principal, peers, and parents. The evaluation results' follow-up is the existence of coaching carried out by the foundation and the school in constructive personal criticism, followed by training attended by all human resources.

Abstract: Low student learning outcomes in digital communication simulation subjects, so that learning resources and parents' attention are needed to be more enthusiastic and active in learning. This study aims to analyze the contribution of mastery of learning resources and parents' attention to learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The study population was 340 students. This study's sample was 72 students with a sampling technique of 25% of the total population. The data collection method used is by giving a questionnaire. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed that learning resources and parents' attention contributed together to learning outcomes by 43.6%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the learning resources and parents' attention simultaneously contribute to learning outcomes. This research implies that learning resources and parents' attention can motivate students to be more enthusiastic and active in learning.
