TL;DR: This guideline could be useful for the multidisciplinary management of GERD with respiratory symptoms in current practice and should be suspected in patients with asthma with suboptimal controlled or after exclusion of other causes.

TL;DR: In this article , nocturnal hypoxaemia measured as the percentage of total sleep time spent with saturation below 90% (TST90%) was used to predict cardiovascular consequences of obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) rather than the number of OSA events measured with apnea-hypopnea index (AHI).
