Abstract: The article presents the author’s view of the impact of globalization, internationalization, transnationalization on the development of the international tourism industry with the substantiation of the features of institutional transformations caused by large-scale, structural and other changes in the world economy, in particular, the analysis of the development of the tourism industry of the leading countries, which are centers to attract tourist flow (France, USA, Spain, China, Italy), as well as Ukraine. As a result of correlation and regression models, the potential of the industry and its investment attractiveness were established. It is proved that within the countries’ economic activity, the tourism sector makes a significant contribution to the creation of the gross national product. Characterizing the coefficients in the multivariate regression equation, it can be stated that the most significant impact on GDP is the factor of “Income from international tourism”, since for all countries, it has a positive value greater than one. As for such a factor as “Total investment in the tourism industry”, for all but Ukraine, this factor is characterized by a negative impact on GDP, which determines the high costs of infrastructure development, which are not always paid off by the income of the incoming tourist flow in the short term.

TL;DR: In this paper, a special attention is focused on the analysis of energy efficiency of Ukrainian regions and its determinants, and investigated the general trend regarding the situation in the oil market and investment in renewable energy.
Abstract: The purpose of the work is to consider the theoretical applied foundations of the use of alternative sources of energy in Ukraine and the world, the study of the theoretical bases, and specificity of the use of existing alternative energy sources in the context of globalization, the world practice of the use of alternative sources of energy; lighted up the features of the use of alternative energy sources in Ukraine in modern conditions. A special attention is focused on the analysis of energy efficiency of Ukrainian regions and its determinants, and investigated the general trend regarding the situation in the oil market and investment in renewable energy. Methodology The study is based on the indicators of renewable energy and energy efficiency of the regions of Ukraine in 2015 and the inclusion of indicators of the average oil price, investment in renewable energy sources, the rate of growth of prices, growth rates of investments in 2004–2016. In general, in mainland Ukraine, there are several dozens of solar power plants capacity from 1 to 15 MW, and more than a dozen SES have a capacity from 20 to 120 MW (some under construction). Thanks to a special “green tariff”, which is valid since 2011, solar energy has become a lucrative business that has attracted foreign investors. According to statistics, the volume of commissioning of new solar power plants in 2013 almost doubled compared to 2012. Results. It is determined that an important element of policy implementation in the field of energy saving and use of alternative sources is the introduction of financial, organizational and economic activities that give the opportunity to implement principles of sustainable development in public administration, and in terms of decentralization – by local governments. In the management, the determining are such policies in the field of energy efficiency as: pricing mechanisms; mechanisms of regulation and control; financial measures and fiscal incentives; mechanisms of development and transformation of the market; technological development; business development and capacity building (creation of energy service companies (ESCOs); the curriculum; the development of industry of energy efficiency); financial recovery.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors study the effect of standardization and unification of services in the field of international tourism and ensure consumers a unified approach to the formation of the qualitative characteristics of the services, regardless of the country of consumption.
Abstract: Theoretical and applied principles of implementation of uniform requirements on all stages of the creation and implementation of tourist services, as guaranteed by international regulation and development of universal mechanisms to guarantee appropriate standards are considered in the article. A special attention is focused on the analysis of different approaches defining the quality of tourist services, information saturation and support. It is determined that an important aspect of institutional change is the improvement of the base, the supporting organization of the tourism market development, maintaining market equilibrium, the penetration of the national market to the international market of tourist services, the distribution of income between sectors of the economy, the mechanism of prevention of crisis phenomena. The result of these transformations will be the creation of a legal framework to increase the dynamics of tourism development, organization of cooperation strategies between consumers of tourism services, travel companies and agencies, balanced utilization of tourism services and tourism products, regulation of development and differentiation of income to balance the economic potential, given the internal and external risks in the formation and implementation of tourism services. The aim of this work is the study of institutional transformations in the sphere of international tourism activity based on the use of approaches for standardization and universalization of the tourist services, the use of information support of the tourism industry. Diversification of tourism services requires from international institutions development, implementation and maintenance of a safety management system. Methodology. The study is based on the assessment of international practice, which showed the development of various approaches to the standardization of tourist services, reference tools online that provide information about the property, infrastructure, scores of consumers. The key objectives of the institutional changes lie in the interaction between the various subject-object items, as consumers, tour operators and an outlined range of institutions are subjects of the international tourist market. A dualistic approach to their cooperation can be based on the transformation of institutions and the unity and integrity of the system are based on the differentiation of tools and tasks of market development of tourist services. Another vector of the transformation of the global crises and threats and internal risks, as the presence of certain institutions to monitor these crises and accounting indicators when coordinating the development of a strategy for the balanced development of the national market of tourist services is an important element of transformational change. The results have identified that a high level of standardization and unification of services in the field of international tourism and ensure consumers a unified approach to the formation of the qualitative characteristics of the services, regardless of the country of consumption is the basis of modern globalization processes of institutionalization of this sphere.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors analyzed current trends and identified prospects for the international tourism development in the context of increasing globalization risks in the world, using the example of Ukraine's integration into the global tourism industry, as Ukraine is located in the centre of Europe and belongs to a number of countries with developing economies.
Abstract: Today, international tourism is one of the most affected sectors of the economy due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. The main purpose of this article is to analyze current trends and identify prospects for the international tourism development in the context of increasing globalization risks in the world, using the example of Ukraine’s integration into the global tourism industry, as Ukraine is located in the centre of Europe and belongs to a number of countries with developing economies, and has the potential to expand its tourism industry, which may be of interest to the international scientific community in terms of overcoming the bifurcation point of its economic development. Analyzing the tourism industry, as one of the most progressive sectors of the world economy, we used general scientific and special research methods (abstract-logical, statistical, systemic analysis and synthesis, abstract-theoretical, and correlation-regression analysis). The paper analyzes major indexes of international tourism development in the modern globalized world and details the risks emerging during the global COVID-19 pandemic. It examines the global dynamics of tourism flows, where France, Spain, and the USA are unquestionable leaders. The study considers foreign exchange earnings of international tourism and the industry contribution to the gross domestic product of countries being an essential component of national budgets. Based on the study conducted, there were developed reliable forecast models for the tourism industry development in the countries under research. These models will provide an opportunity to generate reliable forecasts, which will allow timely identification of potential threats and making effective decisions to address them. At the same time, the issues of managing information support of economic entities in the field of international tourism need to be further developed in order to reduce risks.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors present the energy efficiency of high-temperature waste disposal technology, which includes low-time temperature separation of the resulting gas mixtures, which allows accumulating fuel products.
Abstract: Currently, there are existing technologies for high-temperature waste disposal, which use the resulting gas as fuel for recycling newly formed waste. However, the composition of waste is not constant, and contents of their components are different, thus, the need for fuel gas for burning is not stable. Therefore, such gas is constantly lost. Thus, the purpose of the article is to present the study results of the energy efficiency of high-temperature waste disposal technology, which includes low-temperature separation of the resulting gas mixtures, which allows accumulating fuel products. By means of numerical simulation an analysis of the functioning of energy-technological facility of separation of multicomponent hydrocarbon mixtures with the subsequent optimization of its parameters in order to improve its efficiency and decrease energy costs for waste gasification was performed. For this purpose, the classical approach and generally accepted thermodynamics relations were used, including the Peng-Robinson equation of state for the description of coefficients of heat-physical characteristics of working bodies. The complexity of calculation of multicomponent systems (with three and more components) does not allow application of the state diagrams. Thus, for the simulation of heat-physical characteristics the REFPROP program was employed. The energy efficiency of the proposed technology of energy resources production at waste utilization was shown. The amount of products obtained by the facility is equal to 5.242 kg/hour of the fuel product No. 1 with methane content of 99.98% and 54.76 kg/hour of the fuel product No. 2 with low quantity of methane. This confirms the economic efficiency of such technology of disposal.

TL;DR: Blakyta et al. as mentioned in this paper developed a methodological approach to the integral assessment of business environment security in the article; the blocks of factors of business environments security are identified and the indices which affect the formation of economic security of entrepreneurship are analyzed.
Abstract: The methodological approach to the integral assessment of business environment security is developed in the article; the blocks of factors of business environment security are identified and the indices which affect the formation of economic security of entrepreneurship are analyzed. The integral indicator for assessing business environment security is based on 6 indicators, which are the most significant elements of the business environment formation: the availability of basic economic freedoms, the favorable organizational conditions for doing business, the state of political and legal system, the level (quality) of life, resource provision and infrastructure development, innovation development. A comparative analysis of the integral indicator of business environment security of Ukraine with the Baltic countries, Black Sea region countries and the Visegrad Group countries is carried out. The article identifies interdependence between the business environment security and the share of unprofitable enterprises. The functional relationship of the business environment security with the number of bankrupt enterprises and the level of enterprises losses is substantiated as well. The model shows that the increase of environmental security leads to the decrease of a number of bankruptcies exponentially. The negative and positive factors which influence the formation of economic security of entrepreneurship are revealed.
