Abstract: In this new era everyday life is filled with technology from the start up till to bed. In olden days people mostly worked within circle or walkable distance but now the technology developing day by day to reduce the work as well as time taken by work to complete.Thestuff's in our daily process, somehow we left some lot of work due to lack of time. In today's life most probably utmost 50% of products all came with automation and making theconsumers/users to access those products from anywhere by using their mobile or gadgets. In this paper, it deals with automation of fuel station retail outlet; this system will give the sales and stock report to the owner for every hour. The main problem is customer complaints about less quantityof fuel is issued or filled for money given and customers get diverted theirs attention by operators and refill the fuel without they resetting the nozzle. Nowadays to overcome these problems they replaced some electronic and computerised fuel dispensers but there is no way to identify inside the rotary valve adjustments by fitter.

There are dense proposed systems which goal to improve the fueling operation so as to form it less difficulty and more dependabl and more-safe, guarinte that the purchaser gets the same quantity of fuel in interchange for what he/she pays, so assist to end fraud at different fuel stations. these systems take human-software interaction by the web-enabeled procedure, thus keep off all errors made by people. Abstract: Src, a non-receptor tyrosine kinase, was first discovered as a prototype oncogene and has been shown to critical for cancer progression for a variety of tissues. Src activity is regulated by a number of post-translational modifications in response to various stimuli. Phosphorylations of Src Tyr419 (human; 416 in chicken) and Src Tyr530 (human; 527 in chicken) have been known to be critical for activation and inactivation of Src, respectively. Wnt signaling regulates a variety of cellular functions including for development and cell proliferation, and has a role in certain diseases such as cancer. Wnt signaling is carried out through two pathways: β-catenin-dependent canonical and β-catenin-independent non-canonical pathways as Wnt ligands bind to their receptors, Frizzled, LRP5/6, and ROR1/2. In addition, many signaling components including Axin, APC, Damm, Dishevelled, JNK kinase and Rho GTPases contribute to these canonical and non-canonical Wnt pathways. However, the communication between Wnt signaling and Src tyrosine kinase has not been well reviewed as Src regulates Wnt signaling through LRP6 tyrosine phosphorylation. GSK-3β phosphorylated by Wnt also regulates Src activity. As Wnt signaling and Src mutually regulate each other, it is noted that aberrant regulation of these components give rise to various diseases including typically cancer, and as such, merit a closer look.

Abstract: Almost all fuel companies in India are today exploring the viability and scope of fuel (primarily diesel) delivery service to a client's doorstep. Some have even started this process in pilot stages. The idea and the rationale behind this is to create a supply chain where non transport equipment like DG sets, earth movers, heavy machinery, etc. can be refueled directly at their location. A number of ways and processes are currently being piloted by fuel companies both in India as well as abroad. However, due to a lack of end-to-end automation, poor processes, issues of service failures, inefficient route planning, pilferage or spillages, client dissatisfaction, high overheads, poor customer retention, etc., failures tend to happen. The Remote fuel Delivery Automation System developed by Irison Technology and tested along with some clients, addresses these concerns and makes the business of remote fuel delivery safe, efficient, reliable and profitable with a Customer First approach in mind. Using, IIot (Industrial Internet Of Things), which refers to the use of IoT(an integration of Information Technology and Operational Technology in Industrial applications).

Abstract: After the Internet revolution, Internet of Things (IoT) is expected to be the next big technological change, connecting equipment as well as everyday objects to help businesses explore new ways of creating and delivering value. In the Oil & Gas industry context, IoT has been deployed extensively in the upstream sector and also to some extent in the mid-stream sector. However, it’s implementation in the downstream (retail) sector has been limited. This paper explores the applicability and impact of deploying an IoT solution at a fuel retail outlet. In our experiment, a live outlet was chosen in Kolkata, where a limited IoT solution was deployed, for a period of 3 months. Our research shows that IoT implementation can yield significant operational benefits by reducing the response times, leading to increased operational uptime and hence sales. It can also help improve the root cause analysis process by providing increased data to identify the issue(s).

Abstract: This paper describes the IoT implementation in the ABC schedule of rate project. ABC is an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) and has around 15,000 fuel filling stations in India. The prices of fuel are decided by OMCs and need to be updated on all the filling stations on daily basis. This change of price took place by establishing the connection in-between all the fuel filling stations with the Host of Server (HoS) of ABC. The term Retail Sale Price (RSP), i.e., the price change, is the key parameter that needs to achieve 100% on daily basis. This could not achieve, and the research drives more into the investigation of the factors affecting the RSP, which were ultimately a hindrance in IoT implementation. After daily observation over 85 days in between 6th January 2021 and 12th May 2021, the factors were found and classified under intermediate connectivity, no connectivity, hardware operational issues. Regression analysis was used to calculate and find the dominance of the factor affecting RSP not happening the intermediate connectivity was the most prominent factor affecting the RSP. And this problem was taken care upgrading the fuel filling station by incorporating new wireless automation by XYZ company to increase the RSP of ABC OMC.
