Abstract: A reinforcing frame for a display panel using Al-alloy extrusion material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize loss of raw material abandoned during press processing of reinforcing frame manufacturing processes by using the Al-alloy extrusion material, thereby reducing costs and achieving light weight of the display panel. A reinforcing frame(2) for a display panel using Al-alloy extrusion material comprises a couple of bar type long frame members(21) and a couple of bar type short frame members(22). The long frame members are the Al-alloy extrusion material, and parallel to each other. The short frame members the Al-alloy extrusion material. Both ends of the short frame members are closely contacted with both ends of the same side of the two long frame members in a square frame shape, and coupled through rotation friction welding. The short frame members are parallel to each other.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a control arm, and an extruded material and a control arm manufactured by the same are provided to prevent the generation of residual stress by the plastic working of a forming process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a control arm comprises following steps. Aluminum billet is extruded through an extrusion die having an extrusion hole, so an extruded material(10) stretched in a direction corresponding to a vertical height direction can be manufactured. The extruded material is cut vertically to the control arm, so multiple first intermediate materials are formed. A joint part for component coupling is formed on the first intermediate material, so a second intermediate material is formed.

Abstract: The invention relates to a continuous extrusion machining device used for a magnesium alloy sheet strip with a weak basal texture and an extrusion machining method. The device comprises an extrusion system mainly composed of a pressure motor, an extrusion telescopic head, a male die and a female die, and multiple inclined steps gradually getting close to the axis of a die cavity are arranged at the two sides below the upper middle portion in the die cavity of the female die and are distributed asymmetrically. In the extrusion machining process, a magnesium alloy blank is placed in the die cavity of the female die and extruded by the descending male die, and as the male die descends continuously, the magnesium alloy blank is gradually thinned to form a magnesium alloy sheet with the weak basal texture. Due to step-by-step grain refinement and basal texture weakening, extrusion force in the extrusion process is greatly reduced, the average grain size of the magnesium alloy is greatly reduced compared with that of a magnesium alloy extruded normally, and the (0002) basal texture is reduced to 8.2 from 27.6 compared with that of a sheet obtained through normal extrusion.

Abstract: A pedal apparatus for a vehicle includes: a pedal arm mounted on a vehicle body by a hinge shaft and having one end connected with a pedal and the other end where a rack gear is formed; a link arm having a pinion gear at one end that meshes with the rack gear to pivot on a center shaft of the pinion gear with respect to the pedal arm, and having the other end where a locking pin is formed; and a plate mounted on the vehicle body, the plate having a sliding groove where the locking pin of the link arm is inserted, in which ridges and depressions are formed at regular intervals in the sliding groove so that the locking pin slides step by step while being locked to the ridges and depressions.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite window installed on structures such as an apartment, a school, a library, and a building which is provided to increase the insulating efficiency preventing cold air and heat transmitted to the indoors from the outside; to prevent dew condensation; to obtain an excellent soundproof effect by increasing the airtightness; to increase a heating effect by blocking cold air flowing into the indoors; and to improve the appearance of a window frame. The major configuration according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a window frame which is divided into inner and outer frames and joined by a joint and in which an insulating frame is joined to the inner frame; and a glass window frame which is installed by being fitted inside the glass window frame. The window frame and the glass window frame include air holes between each of the inner frames and the insulating chambers respectively.
