TL;DR: In this article, a double hooking means is used to fix the wires inserted into the orthodontic bracket to a first hooking ring by using the binding rings while binding and fixing the wires using a second hooking rings one more time.
Abstract: The present invention relates to improvement of an orthodontic bracket with double hooking means and, more particularly, to the orthodontic bracket with double hooking means which enhances straightening ability by making hooking means, which are capable of fixing by hanging binding rings such as rubber bands, o-rings, wires and the like in the lower end of the bracket, in dual form in order to firmly bind the bracket to the wires for straightening. The present invention forms, as tools for solving the above assignment, a slot and wings in other words, hooking rings, in a head unit which composes the orthodontic bracket, and makes the hooking rings at the lower end of the head unit in dual form and binds the wires inserted into the slot to a first hooking ring by using the binding rings while binding and fixing the wires using a second hooking ring one more time.

TL;DR: In this article, an orthodontic bracket having the torque and rotation control function is constructed with a protruded piece, which is capable of being bent on the rim of the base of the orthodentic bracket.
Abstract: PURPOSE: An orthodontic bracket having the torque and rotation control function is provided to facilitate an orthodontic procedure and to effectively implement orthodontics. CONSTITUTION: An orthodontic bracket having the torque and rotation control function is formed with a protruded piece(21) to be capable of being bent on the rim of the base(20) of the orthodontic bracket(10). The torque and the rotation of the orthodontic bracket adhesively fixed on the surface of each tooth are controlled by bending the protruded piece during an orthodontic procedure. The protruded piece is formed to be capable of being bent on each edge of the base. Cut-out parts are formed on both sides of the protruded piece wherein, consequently, the protruded piece is formed between the cut-out parts.

TL;DR: An orthodontic correction appliance may be directly connected to upper and lower removable orthodentic aligners to treat a Class II malocclusion as discussed by the authors, and the correction appliance can carry a biasing member that is connected to each of the two elongated sections of the appliance.
Abstract: An orthodontic correction appliance may be directly connected to upper and lower removable orthodontic aligners to treat a Class II malocclusion. In some examples, the correction appliance has two elongated sections that are slidably connected to each other and allowed to move back and forth relative to each other. The ends of the two elongated sections can be attached to connectors extending from the removable aligners. In addition, the correction appliance can carry a biasing member that is connected to each of the two elongated sections of the appliance. The biasing member may bias the ends of the two elongated sections away from each other, providing a force to treat the Class II malocclusion while the patient is wearing the upper and lower removable orthodontic aligners.

TL;DR: An orthodontics arch wire for closing an extracted tooth space is provided in this article, which is formed in an arch shape to fasten each bracket attached on teeth along an arrangement line of the teeth.
Abstract: An orthodontics arch wire for closing an extracted tooth space is provided to perform orthodontics by moving and maintaining teeth in parallel with a tooth axis between an extracted tooth space. The orthodontics arch wire is formed in an arch shape to fasten each bracket attached on teeth along an arrangement line of the teeth for closing an extracted tooth space. First and second posts(21,22) protrude downwardly from points spaced apart from both extending directions of the arch wire with respect to a symmetrical center point of the arch wire in a constant length. Third and fourth posts(23,24) protrude downwardly from points spaced apart from the first and second posts in both extending directions of the arch wire with respect to the symmetrical center point of the arch wire in a constant length.

TL;DR: A maxillary skeletal expander is composed of a pair of dental arch expansion bodies positioned to face each other in an oral cavity; an expanding screw provided between the pair of DAs to move the DAs without deviation; a DAs expansion body combining means having a fixing piece for penetrating a fixing hole at a selected part in the oral cavity as discussed by the authors.
Abstract: A maxillary skeletal expander is proposed. The maxillary skeletal expander is composed of a pair of dental arch expansion bodies positioned to face each other in an oral cavity; an expanding screw provided between the pair of dental arch expansion bodies to move the dental arch expansion bodies; a guide provided between the pair of dental arch expansion bodies to safely move the dental arch expansion bodies without deviation; a dental arch expansion body combining means having a fixing piece for penetrating a fixing hole at a selected part in the oral cavity, and configured to be combined to and separated from each of the dental arch expansion bodies.

TL;DR: In this article, an elongate hollow outer body extending between proximal and distal ends, a plunger, spring, and push rod are used for correcting class II and/or class III malocclusions.
Abstract: Orthodontic force modules and assemblies for use in correcting class II and/or class III malocclusions include an elongate hollow outer body extending between proximal and distal ends, a plunger, spring, and push rod. The plunger and push rod are slidably received within different ends of the hollow outer body. The spring is positioned within the hollow outer body and provides an expansion force during use as the force modules or assemblies is compressed (e.g., when closing the jaw). The expansion force provides a desired corrective force for corrective Class II and/or III malocclusions. The outer body, plunger, spring, and push rod can be configured in a telescoping relationship in order for the components to be telescopically compressed and expanded during use. The distal end can include a bendable pin or latch mechanism for attachment to a buccal tube. The push rod can include a hook, hole, or slot for attachment to an archwire. Various connectors for coupling an orthodontic force module to a buccal tube portion of a molar bracket are also disclosed.

TL;DR: In this paper, a bone mounting bracket capable of being fixed to maxilla by a screw and a palate expanding device including the bracket and a base unit supported by the bracket was presented.
Abstract: Disclosed are a bone mounting bracket capable of being fixed to maxilla by a screw and a palate expanding device including the bracket and a base unit supported by the bracket. The base unit includes a base body extendable to left and right sides and legs formed in the base body and transmitting a maxilla expanding force generated by the base body to the bracket. The bracket includes a leg mount with a leg assembling groove fixated to the maxilla by the screw and enabling the legs to be mounted. According to the present invention, the base unit is installed after the bone mounting bracket is mounted in a jawbone, and thus the palate expanding device is capable of being rapidly and easily installed. Accordingly, pains and burdens to a patient can be minimized. In addition, the bracket and the screw can be stably coupled regardless of directions of the legs being connected, and thus the stability of a maxilla expanding procedure, that is, the maxilla expanding procedure, can be secured, and the expanding force can be stably applied to a lateral side (slope) of the maxilla.
