Journal ArticleDOI

Rhodium(I)-sulfonated-bdpp catalysed asymmetric hydrogenation of imines in aqueous-organic two-phase solvent systems

TL;DR: In this paper, the imines ArC(Me)NCH2Ph (Ar = Ph, 2-MeO-C6H4, 3-Me O-C 6H 4, 4 -MeO C 6H4) are hydrogenated to corresponding amines with extremely high enantioselectivities up to 96% under very mild conditions, using rhodium complexes associated with sulfonated bdpp.
Journal ArticleDOI

Allyl ethyl carbonate/palladium (0), a new system for the one step conversion of alcohols into allyl ethers under neutral conditions

TL;DR: In this paper, alcohols are converted into allyl ethers under neutral conditions, using allyl ethyl carbonate in the presence of a catalytic amount of palladium (0).
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of allyl aryl sulphides by palladium(0)-mediated alkylation of thiols

TL;DR: In this paper, the palladium(0)-catalyzed S-alkylation of allylic carbonates by various aromatic thiols is described, and various allylic aryl sulphides are readily prepared in high yields.
