TL;DR: An infinite set of integral non-linear equations for the spectrum of states/operators in AdS/CFT are derived and it is proved that all the kernels and free terms entering these TBA equations are real and have nice fusion properties in the relevant mirror kinematics.
Abstract: Using the thermodynamic Bethe ansatz method we derive an infinite set of integral non-linear equations for the spectrum of states/operators in AdS/CFT. The Y-system conjectured in Gromov et al. (Integrability for the Full Spectrum of Planar AdS/CFT. arXiv:0901.3753 [hep-th]) for the spectrum of all operators in planar N = 4 SYM theory follows from these equations. In particular, we present the integral TBA type equations for the spectrum of all operators within the sl(2) sector. We prove that all the kernels and free terms entering these TBA equations are real and have nice fusion properties in the relevant mirror kinematics. We find the analog of DHM formula for the dressing kernel in the mirror kinematics.

TL;DR: In this paper, a set of functional equations defining the anomalous dimensions of arbitrary local single trace operators in planar supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory is presented in the form of a $Y$ system based on the integrability of the dual superstring model.
Abstract: We present a set of functional equations defining the anomalous dimensions of arbitrary local single trace operators in planar $\mathcal{N}=4$ supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory. It takes the form of a $Y$ system based on the integrability of the dual superstring $\ensuremath{\sigma}$ model on the five-dimensional anti--de Sitter space (${\mathrm{AdS}}_{5}\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{\mathrm{S}}^{5}$) background. This $Y$ system passes some very important tests: it incorporates the full asymptotic Bethe ansatz at large length of operator $L$, including the dressing factor, and it confirms all recently found wrapping corrections. The recently proposed ${\mathrm{AdS}}_{4}/\mathrm{\text{three-dimensional}}$ conformal field theory duality is also treated in a similar fashion.

TL;DR: In this article, a nonperturbative formulation of planar scattering amplitudes in N=4 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory, or, equivalently, polygonal Wilson loops, is proposed.
Abstract: We propose a nonperturbative formulation of planar scattering amplitudes in N=4 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory, or, equivalently, polygonal Wilson loops. The construction is based on the operator product expansion approach and introduces a new decomposition of the Wilson loop in terms of fundamental building blocks named pentagon transitions. These transitions satisfy a simple relation to the worldsheet S matrix on top of the so-called Gubser-Klebanov-Polyakov vacuum which allows us to bootstrap them at any value of the coupling. In this Letter we present a subsector of the full solution which we call the gluonic part. We match our results with both weak and strong coupling data available in the literature.

TL;DR: Wentzel and Jauch as discussed by the authors described the symmetrization of the energy momentum tensor according to the Belinfante Quantum Theory of Fields (BQF).
Abstract: To say that this is the best book on the quantum theory of fields is no praise, since to my knowledge it is the only book on this subject But it is a very good and most useful book The original was written in German and appeared in 1942 This is a translation with some minor changes A few remarks have been added, concerning meson theory and nuclear forces, also footnotes referring to modern work in this field, and finally an appendix on the symmetrization of the energy momentum tensor according to Belinfante Quantum Theory of Fields Prof Gregor Wentzel Translated from the German by Charlotte Houtermans and J M Jauch Pp ix + 224, (New York and London: Interscience Publishers, Inc, 1949) 36s

TL;DR: In this article, the authors discuss possible phase factors for the S-matrix of planar gauge theory, leading to modifications at four-loop order as compared to an earlier proposal, and present evidence that this choice is nonperturbatively related to a recently conjectured crossing-symmetric phase factor for perturbative string theory on AdS5? S5 once the constant is fixed to a particular value.
Abstract: We discuss possible phase factors for the S-matrix of planar gauge theory, leading to modifications at four-loop order as compared to an earlier proposal. While these result in a four-loop breakdown of perturbative BMN scaling, Kotikov?Lipatov transcendentality in the universal scaling function for large-spin twist operators may be preserved. One particularly natural choice, unique up to one constant, modifies the overall contribution of all terms containing odd-zeta functions in the earlier proposed scaling function based on a trivial phase. Excitingly, we present evidence that this choice is non-perturbatively related to a recently conjectured crossing-symmetric phase factor for perturbative string theory on AdS5 ? S5 once the constant is fixed to a particular value. Our proposal, if true, might therefore resolve the long-standing AdS/CFT discrepancies between gauge and string theory.

TL;DR: In this article, two generalizations of the = 6 superconformal Chern-Simons-matter theories with gauge group U(n) × U(N) have been considered, and they are conjectured to describe M−N| fractional M2-branes localized at the orbifold singularity.
Abstract: We consider two generalizations of the = 6 superconformal Chern-Simons-matter theories with gauge group U(N) × U(N). The first generalization is to = 6 superconformal U(M) × U(N) theories, and the second to = 5 superconformal O(2M) × USp(2N) and O(2M+1) × USp(2N) theories. These theories are conjectured to describe M2-branes probing C4/Zk in the unitary case, and C4/k in the orthogonal/symplectic case, together with a discrete flux, which can be interpreted as |M−N| fractional M2-branes localized at the orbifold singularity. The classical theories with these gauge groups have been constructed before; in this paper we focus on some quantum aspects of these theories, and on a detailed description of their M theory and type IIA string theory duals.
