What best solution for the user's query has been the major research interest in IRS. Hidden in this main objective are several identified problem fields. We present here two related problem fields that have not been well studied and integrated into IRS applications. We propose a model for describing IRS problems in the application of bibliographic references. This model should help for the calculation of the degree of similarity between two information retrieval problems so that the use of CBR techniques can be improved. We are working on the implementation of the model in our system METIORE that allows various levels of information access to bibliographic references

L'activite de veille, au sein du processus d'Intelligence Economique, est principalement une activite de resolution de probleme de recherche d'information. Cette activite de veille est realisee par le veilleur qui doit localiser, surveiller, valider et mettre en valeur l'information strategique, en collaboration avec le decideur qui doit formuler des objectifs aussi precis que possible pour la prise de decision. Afin d'optimiser le partage des connaissances entre le decideur et le veilleur nous avons developpe un modele pour la description de probleme de recherche d'information. Ce modele peut aider a augmenter la precision de la representation des differents parametres du probleme et permettre une plus grande performance de resolution et la reutilisation des elements de solution.
