Strategies of Radioiodine Ablation in Patients with Low-Risk Thyroid Cancer
Martin Schlumberger,B. Catargi,Isabelle Borget,Désirée Deandreis,Slimane Zerdoud,B. Bridji,Stéphane Bardet,Laurence Leenhardt,Delphine Bastie,Claire Schvartz,Pierre Vera,Olivier Morel,Danielle Benisvy,Claire Bournaud,Fran ccoise Bonichon,C. Dejax,Marie-Elisabeth Toubert,Sophie Leboulleux,Marcel Ricard,Ellen Benhamou +19 more
TL;DR: The use of recombinant human thyrotropin and low-dose (1.1 GBq) postoperative radioiodine ablation may be sufficient for the management of low-risk thyroid cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI
SUVmax reduction improves early prognosis value of interim positron emission tomography scans in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
Rene-Olivier Casasnovas,Michel Meignan,Alina Berriolo-Riedinger,Stéphane Bardet,Anne Julian,Catherine Thieblemont,Pierre Vera,Serge Bologna,Josette Brière,Jean-Philippe Jais,Corinne Haioun,Bertrand Coiffier,Franck Morschhauser +12 more
TL;DR: Analysis of sequential interim PET is feasible for high-risk DLBCL and better predicts outcome than visual analysis, and Maximal standardized uptake value reduction may better predict outcome.
Journal ArticleDOI
An international confirmatory study of the prognostic value of early PET/CT in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: comparison between Deauville criteria and ΔSUVmax
Emmanuel Itti,Michel Meignan,Alina Berriolo-Riedinger,Alberto Biggi,Amanda F. Cashen,Pierre Vera,Hervé Tilly,Barry A. Siegel,Andrea Gallamini,Rene-Olivier Casasnovas,Corinne Haioun +10 more
TL;DR: Although the Deauville criteria are valid for assessing the prognostic value of early PET/CT in DLBCL, computation of the ΔSUVmax leads to better performance and interobserver reproducibility, and should be preferred when a baseline scan is available.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pretherapy metabolic tumour volume is an independent predictor of outcome in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
Myriam Sasanelli,Michel Meignan,Corinne Haioun,Alina Berriolo-Riedinger,Rene-Olivier Casasnovas,Alberto Biggi,Andrea Gallamini,Barry A. Siegel,Amanda F. Cashen,Pierre Vera,Hervé Tilly,Annibale Versari,Emmanuel Itti +12 more
TL;DR: Pretherapy TMTV is an independent predictor of outcome in patients with DLBCL and shows independence of TMTV for OS prediction compared with other pretherapy indices of tumour burden, such as tumour bulk and the International Prognostic Index.
Journal ArticleDOI
Demographic, neurological and behavioural characteristics and brain perfusion SPECT in frontal variant of frontotemporal dementia
Isabelle Le Ber,Eric Guedj,Audrey Gabelle,Patrice Verpillat,M. Volteau,Catherine Thomas-Antérion,Marielle Decousus,Didier Hannequin,Pierre Vera,Lucette Lacomblez,Agnès Camuzat,Mira Didic,Michèle Puel,Jean-Albert Lotterie,Véronique Golfier,Anne-Marie Bernard,Martine Vercelletto,Christine Magne,François Sellal,Izzie Jacques Namer,Bernard-François Michel,Jacques Pasquier,François Salachas,Jean Bochet,Alexis Brice,Marie-Odile Habert,Bruno Dubois +26 more
TL;DR: This study shows that fvFTD is clinically a rather homogeneous entity and provides evidence that different behavioural presentations at onset are related to different anatomical localizations of degenerative damage, and demonstrates the prognostic value of brainstem hypoperfusion in a subgroup of patients with a short survival.
