Resumen. El articulo presenta la Resignificacion (RSG) como nocion del trabajo en Ciencias Sociales contemporaneas y su indefinicion. En este contexto se plantea un analisis en relacion con nociones analogas como esquema cognoscitivo, representacion social y actitud dado que se refieren al cambio, lo mismo que la RSG. Se concluye que comparten cuatro condiciones en relacion: contenido previo, cambio estrategico, consistencia de contenidos e intercambio con el contexto. Posteriormente se analizan las consideraciones para la RSG desde el socioconstruccionismo y se evaluan tres modelos aplicados a intervenciones sociales: informativo, discursivo y de evidencia en la accion. Los dos ultimos son mas cercanos a la perspectiva teorica de base. Se considera necesario continuar la indagacion en relacion con la metafora explicativa del proceso de RSG y sus implicaciones.

Discusiones acerca de la Resignificación y Conceptos Asociados

Introduction. The goal of the systematic review presented here was to understand the scope of scientific production in the field of mediation, Social Work, disability and functional diversity. The review pursued four specific objectives: 1) to determine which institutions were generating the scientific production in the field; 2) which type of mediation was most addressed in the literature; 3) which types of disabilities or functional diversities were more present in the studies; and 4), to what extent the professional perspective of Social Work was incorporated in this field. Methodology. The review was based on the SALSA Framework, which structures the review process in four phases: search, evaluation, synthesis and analysis. Nine databases in the social field were analysed and 302 citations were identified. After eliminating duplicates, reviewing abstracts and applying inclusion and quality criteria, the final document sample consisted of 17 articles and grey literature from both national and international journals. Results. The main results revealed how disability and mediation appeared in scientific production since the beginning of the twenty-first century. A country that stood out regarding the extent of publications on this subject was Spain. The studies reviewed were clearly feminine in terms of authorship. The literature has been intermittent and mostly generated from academic circles rather than from other institutions linked to professional practice. Paradoxically, most of the works reviewed addressed practical experiences and mediating projects. The results did not indicate any prevalence of a specific type of disability. The types of mediation most present in the sample were educational and labour mediation. Discussion. Mediation processes applied to people with functional diversity or disability seek access to informal, legal and juridical processes. They also pursue the acquisition of strategies, tools or personal and institutional mechanisms that enable including people with disabilities into community, educational and work environments, and their integration in the circles of people with whom they interact daily. As far as the disability typology was concerned, works were lacking on physical or organic disabilities, while cognitive functional diversity was mostly approached based on educational, interpersonal and community mediation. On the other hand, results were found for sensory disability relating to labour mediation, regarding a group of people with hearing impairment. Worthy of note was the convergence between Social Work, mediation and the inclusion of people with disabilities, such as the defence of human rights, equality and self-determination. Conclusions. Based on the findings of the study, additional research is needed in the field of disability within the discipline of Social Work, from both epistemological and professional lines of intervention. Studies on the presence of educational mediation in the field of disability could be especially relevant in this regard, given the current debate in Spain on inclusive education and the professional calls for a greater role of Social Work in educational settings.

Mediación, discapacidad y Trabajo Social: una revisión sistematizada

Every day the environment becomes more competitive, which affects the interactions and communications between the organizations and their employees. This relationship, which is tense because the conflicting interests, can deteriorate and generate what is called a labor conflict, a situation that seriously affects the parties. Taking in consideration the serious damages that the labor conflict could bring, it’s been decided to focus the objective of the present investigation in determining how certain factors, exogenous and/or endogenous, in the labor environment can generate conflicts and effect in the performance of the organization. To do this analysis we will review: i) The variables that generate conflict in the organization; ii) The consequences of the conflicts detected both in the organization and in the employees; iii) The ways to prevent, reduce and/or control levels of conflict; and iv) The way in which the negative consequences derived from the conflicts can be transformed into positive for the organization. To achieve these objectives we used a scientific research to determine the meaning and context in which is used the word conflict, the affectation caused and methodologies used with this construct. Finally, the conclusions reach will be applied to a hypothetically a one organization of the hotel sector, what will allow decide a series of strategies to decrease internals conflict rates of an organization and, it is possible, transforming the negative issued of the conflict into a productive factor.

La importancia de la prevención y gestión del conflicto en las organizaciones: un estudio del sector hotelero español

Se propone potenciar el Campus Virtual de la Universidad Complutense con la incorporacion de los OpenCourseWare (cursos en abierto) sobre las diferentes materias que se imparten, potenciando de esta forma la ensenanza universitaria a distancia paralelamente a la presencial. Al tiempo se propone la creacion de redes docentes por materias vinculadas a Campus Virtual que favorezcan la investigacion, la calidad de la docencia y la innovacion como medio de reflexion y difusion del conocimiento.

The familiar mediation is a little-know issue in Colombia. May be biggest the leadership that has been received after the inclusion in the Procedural Penal Law how tool of the restorative justice. More scarce is the issue, the transforming mediation proposed by Baruch Bush and Folger like an effective scope in the production of social and personal transformations. This paper brings together the two thematic: shows some general aspects of the mediation, stands what is meant for the concept of transformative mediation, the characteristics, the principles, the procedure, the mediator’s role and the potential of that involves the implementation in the familiar conflict cases. The greatest aspiration of this work is to contribute is the diffusion of this alternative dispute resolution method and the positioning like a formulate of “co-constructive” justice that transcends the private ambit and permits the empowerment, like citizens, the actors in dispute, binged the scopes, deduces by the implementation in the social, politic, cultural location.

The object of this essay is to show how Sara Cobb’s “narrative circular model” helps to solve conflicts in a creative way by the use of a new “narrative”, and, simultaneously, helps to enjoy the solutions chosen by the parts in conflict. Such process generates a different thought in the sense that new parameters determine the behaviour of the people involved. People focus on their own responsibilities, and stop “loading” them on others. It is a communication process that leads individuals to their adequate development, avoiding greater conflicts. As a conclusion, it is a process of learning that allows a better communication with the different systems in which the individual is inserted.

Y por ultimo, se presentan algunas de las reflexiones publicadas en torno a las cuestiones claves de las dos profesiones anteriormente men- cionadas, son retomados otros autores como susan meyers chandler, William de Maria, Donald v. Fandetti y John Goldmeier, por resaltar algunas de las contribuciones mas significativas realizadas hasta el momento. [ABSTRACT]An analysis is conducted on possible common points between the theoretical contents of social work and mediation, using for this purpose the study of the contributions made by authors such as John Michael Haynes in the field of mediation and Helen Harris Perlman in social work, correspondingly. As a consequence of the parallelism traced in its theoretical structure, we have determined why social workers mediate. And lastly we introduce some reflections published in relation with the key questions of the abovementioned professions and other authors such as Susan Meyers Chandler, William de Maria, Donald V. Fandetti and John Goldmeier are revisited in order to signal the most significant contributions made until nowadays.
