Journal ArticleDOI

Using Z Boson Events to Study Parton-Medium Interactions in Pb-Pb Collisions.

Albert M. Sirunyan, +2284 more
TL;DR: The spectra measurements of charged hadrons produced in the shower of a parton originating in the same hard scattering with a leptonically decaying Z boson are reported in lead-lead nuclei (Pb-Pb) and proton-proton (pp) collisions at a nucleon-nucleon center-of-mass energy of 5.02-TeV as discussed by the authors .
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of the oscillation frequency for B0– mixing using hadronic B0 decays

T. Tomura, +199 more
- 29 Aug 2002 -
TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the oscillation frequency of B0-B 0 mixing using 29.1 Ã −1 −1 of data collected with the Belle detector at KEKB and obtained Δm d = (0.528±0.011) ps −1, where the first error is statistical and the second error is systematic.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of the inclusive semileptonic branching fraction of B mesons and |Vcb|

Kazuo Abe, +216 more
- 07 Nov 2002 -
TL;DR: In this paper, a measurement of the electron spectrum from inclusive semileptonic B decay, using 5.1 × 4S data collected with the Belle detector, was presented, and the branching fraction, B (B→Xe + ν)=(10.90±0.49)%, with minimal model dependence.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of CP violation observables and parameters for the decays B±→DK*±

Bernard Aubert, +492 more
- 03 Nov 2009 -
TL;DR: In this article, a Gronau-London-Wyler analysis was performed on the BABAR detector at the PEP-II B factory, where the D meson decays into either a CP-even (CP+) eigenstate (K+K-, pi(+)pi(-) or a non-CP state (K-pi(+)).
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of prompt D-0 and D-0 meson azimuthal anisotropy and search for strong electric fields in PbPb collisions at root S-NN=5.02 TeV

Albert M. Sirunyan, +2373 more
- 10 May 2021 -
TL;DR: In this article, the strong Coulomb field created in ultrarelativistic heavy ion collisions is expected to produce a rapidity-dependent difference ( Δv2 ) in the second Fourier coefficient of the azimuthal distribution (elliptic flow, v2 ) between D0 ( uc ) and D´0( uc) mesons.
