TL;DR: Various preclinical and clinical studies have shown ginger to possess antiemetic effects against different emetogenic stimuli, however, conflicting reports especially in the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and motion sickness prevent us from drawing any firm conclusion.
