TL;DR: This study aims to compare five different commercially available materials of the wheel concerning the ISO test conditions, and finds the CFRP is demonstrating the best fatigue strength to weight ratio in ISO radial fatigue test.
Abstract: Due to many unexpected harsh environmental conditions of the road, automotive wheel is a vital part to ensure the vehicle safety and performance. ISO-3006 provides a comprehensive fatigue life experiment to validate proper wheels. This article is investigating a car wheel under the dynamic radial fatigue test of the ISO standard. This study aims to compare five different commercially available materials of the wheel concerning the ISO test conditions. As the wheel rim weight has a great impact on the performance of the vehicle, this comparison is considering the weight of the wheel made of various materials. The test is simulated via ANSYS software with a dens mesh to ensure the highest possible accuracy of results. Among selected materials, the CFRP is demonstrating the best fatigue strength to weight ratio in ISO radial fatigue test.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigate the test on a designed wheel with five different materials via ANSYS software, and the result of this research indi-cates the area of maximum fatigue stresses, and also it provides a comparison between five popular materials for the wheel rim considering the fatigue life and weight of the wheel.
Abstract: With the technological advancement in the automotive sector, the vehicles are crossing their limits in every aspect. Hence, the subsequent improvement related to the wheel and braking of the vehicle is very crucial as the wheel carries the whole weight of the vehicle in dynamic and harsh environmental conditions. ISO-3006 is a comprehensive test for wheel standardization, and the dynamic cornering fatigue test is a part of this standard. This test investigates the wheel fatigue under bending torque. When a car turns, the bending moment is applied to the wheel via drive axle. In this paper, we investigate the test on a designed wheel with five different materials via ANSYS software. As the wheel weight has a direct impact on vehicle performance, selecting lighter materials is extremely important. The result of this research indi-cates the area of maximum fatigue stresses, and also it provides a comparison between five popular materials for the wheel rim considering the fatigue life and weight of the wheel. Finally, it is shown that carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) has the most fatigue strength con-cerning its lightweight.

TL;DR: This paper analyzed news titles related to nurses in Korea before and after the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID 19) pandemic, and aimed to identify the implications of media reports.
Abstract: Purpose: This study analyzed news titles related to nurses in Korea before and after the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID 19) pandemic, and aimed to identify the implications of media reports. Methods: Data from January 2019 to December 2020 were collected from BIGKINDS regarding Korean nurses. Text mining and CONCOR analysis were conducted on the top 30 keywords using TEXTOM and Ucinet 6. Results: From the findings of this study, keywords were related to Taewom and Newborn death in 2019. Additionally, because of COVID-19 and the controversy over the encouragement of President Moon Jae-in, Taewom was included in 2020. Using CONCOR analysis, 6 clusters (characteristics and results of major incidents, the issue related target, Newborn abuse, Taewom, drugs, nursing education) were generated in 2019, and 6 clusters (emergency room, hero, controversy, Taewom, COVID-19, hospital infection) were generated in 2020. Conclusion: Before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, most of the news headlines of nurses consisted of negative keywords, while there were few positive news headlines. In order to improve the image of nurses, it is necessary to continuously analyze media trends and establish strategies accordingly. ©2022 Korean Academy of Nursing Administration.

TL;DR: In this article , a study focused on rim wheel tests carried out using the dynamic radial fatigue test method, which has been included in the SAE standard using Fusion360 for the design and ANSYS for the simulation.
Abstract: Abstract Rim wheel testing through the SAE standard is necessary for driving safety. This study focused on rim wheel tests carried out using the dynamic radial fatigue test method, which has been included in the SAE standard using Fusion360 for the design and ANSYS for the simulation. With different parameters for the rim wheel type, only some parameters of the tested rim wheels were able to pass the standardization by SAE; 16 rim wheels passed the test, while the other 11 rim wheels did not pass. Simulation results suggested that variations in the thickness, geometry, and material affected the displacement of the safety factor, which was inversely proportional. In addition, the variation in the rim wheel produced a change in the safety factor due to changes in its mass and cost, which were directly proportional. The results of this study will aid in rim wheel design, not only in terms of achieving the best performance but also with regard to cost efficiency.
