Abstract: Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) perbandingan nilai fungsi informasi item pada bentuk tes uraian dan testlet secara empirik dan simulasi, (2) pengaruh banyaknya item dan ukuran sampel terhadap perbandingan nilai fungsi informasi item pada bentuk tes uraian dan testlet secara simulasi, dan (3) keakuratan pemodelan GRM pada bentuk uraian dan testlet. Data empirik diambil dari respons siswa terhadap tes bentuk uraian dan bentuk testlet dari 772 siswa SMA kelas XI yang tersebar di lima SMA di Kabupaten Tegal. Bentuk tes uraian dan testlet bersama-sama diberikan pada siswa pada akhir semester I dan di awal semester II dengan waktu tenggang minimal 1 bulan. Data pada penelitian simulasi dibangkitkan dari parameter item hasil estimasi pada penelitian empirik dengan program WinGen 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara empirik dan simulasi, tes yang disajikan dalam bentuk uraian cenderung memiliki nilai fungsi informasi item yang lebih tinggi dibanding dengan tes yang disajikan dalam bentuk testlet , (2) secara simulasi, ada pengaruh banyaknya item dan ukuran sampel terhadap perbandingan nilai fungsi informasi item pada bentuk tes uraian dan bentuk testlet , dan (3) pemodelan GRM pada bentuk tes uraian dan testlet paling akurat pada kondisi banyaknya item 20 dan ukuran sampel 2000. Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) karakteristik butir dari perangkat tes Kimia pada Ebtanas SMU di Jawa Tengah tahun pelajaran 1998/1999 ditinjau dari teori respons butir, (2) keberfungsian butir diferensial yang terjadi antara peserta tes dari rayon-rayon nonkodya dan peserta tes dari rayon kodya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh lembar jawaban peserta tes yang menggunakan perangkat tes Kimia pada Ebtanas paket utama I dengan kode U1/D15/99 di Jawa Tengah tahun Pelajaran 1998/1999 yang berjumlah 17.134 lembar jawab berasal dari 6 rayon kodya dan 3 rayon nonkodya. Pengambilan sampel ditempuh melalui dua tahap. Tahap pertama untuk menentukan wilayah, tahap kedua untuk menentukan jawaban peserta tes Ebtanas Kimia SMU paket utama I (U1/D15/99) tahunpelajaran 1998/1999. Hasil analisistes denganD/Fmenunjukkan: 1) Tujuh butir menguntungkan peserta tes dari rayon Kodya Surakarta, sedangkan 3 butir yang lain menguntungkan peserta tes dari rayon-rayon nonkodya. 2) Tiga butir menguntungkan peserta tes dari rayon Kodya Salatiga, sedangkan 5 butir yang lain menguntungkan peserta tes dari rayon-rayon nonkodya. 3) Empat butir menguntungkan peserta tes dari rayon Kodya Semarang, sedangkan 2 butir yang lain menguntungkan peserta tes dari rayon-rayon nonkodya. 4) Enam butir menguntungkan peserta tes dari rayon Kodya Pekalongan, sedangkan 6 butir yang lain menguntungkan peserta tes dari rayon-rayon nonkodya. 5) Tak satupun dari butir-butir tes yang menguntungkan peserta tes dari rayon Kodya Tegal. Abstract: The use of question instrument in determining achievement of students’ study goal can be referred from the score achieved by the students in solving contextual questions with solution or solving strategy in high level of thinking. The research aims to get integrated assessment tools of conceptual understanding of Pteridophyta and metacognitive skill that is validated and can be used in learning activity. The research is conducted in July 2018 – November 2019 at Universitas Negeri Jakarta , course of Botany Cryptogam ae , sub-course Pteridophyte s . This is a Research and Development study using 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). However, the research will be conducted up to the develop phase only. The result shows that integrated assessment tool on concept ual understanding of Pteridophyte s and students’ metacognitive skill is proper to be used, with expert validation result shows 78.13 on criteria for concept understanding, and 79.17 for students’ metacognitive skill. Result of instrument validation shows more than 0.396, means it is valid, and reliability more than 0.6.

Abstract: Tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran IPA dapat diketahui dengan melakukan penilaian yang merupakan salah satu prinsip pengembangan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengintegrasian penilaian formatif dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis pendekatan saintifik terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 3 Trenggalek kelas VIII tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy-experimental dengan desain penelitian posttest control group design. Hasil analisis data uji-t two tailed dengan =0,05, nilai p < 0,05, yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep yang signifikan pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pengintegrasian penilaian formatif formal dan informal dalam pembelajaran IPA berbasis pendekatan saintifik memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to develop a Mathematics test instrument testlet model for a classroom assessment at elementary school. Testlet Model is a group of multiple choice question acquiring similar information with different grade of responses model. This research was conducted in East Lombok, Indonesia. The design used was research development model. The study involved 17 doctoral students as peer reviewers, 19 teachers as testlet preparation workshop participants and 711 students for testing the testlet mathematical test instrument. Data collection techniques used were documentation techniques, interviews and questionnaires. Expert validation results were analyzed using Content Validity Index (CVI). Analysis of the trial results was using items response theory with a graded response model of two logistic parameters. Independent sample t test was used for comparison of tests. The research developed a Mathematics test instrument testlet model successfully for a classroom assessment consisting of the testlet model test design, grading guide, test instrument preparation guide and mathematics test instrument testlet model or an accurate and reliable classroom assessment. The result of the analysis shows that there was different result between assessments using testlet compared to multiple choices scoring, with t value equal to 7.864.

Abstract: This study was aimed at developing and describing the feasibility of analytical thinking and science process skill instrument for Senior High School chemistry in the material of reaction rates. The study was conducted in five senior high schools in Yogyakarta. The instrument development used the 4-D model including defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Analytical Thinking and Science Process Skill (ATSPS) instrument was validated by expert judgement and chemistry teachers. The data obtained were analyzed using the descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative methods. Findings show that evaluation of the the developed ATSPS instrument has a validity index of 0.95. Product evaluation of the instrument done by the Senior High School chemistry teachers obtained a score of 530 within the good category. The percentage of teachers’ responses to the chemistry assessment instrument is 88.33%. Therefore, ATSPS instrument is feasible to be used for measuring the knowledge and skills of the Senior High School students integratively INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR ANALITIS DAN KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS KIMIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan instrumen penilaian kemampuan berpikir analitis dan keterampilan proses sains kimia peserta didik SMA/MA pada materi laju reaksi. Penelitian dilakukan di lima SMA/MA di Kota Yogyakarta. Pengembangan instrumen menggunakan model 4-D (Four-D Model) yang meliputi tahap pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran produk. Instrumen Analytical Thinking and Science Process Skill (ATSPS) yang telah dikembangkan divalidasi oleh expert judgement dan guru kimia. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen ATSPS yang telah dikembangkan memiliki rata-rata indeks validitas isi sebesar 0,95. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian produk yang telah dilakukan oleh guru kimia SMA/MA diperoleh skor sebesar 530 dengan kategori sangat baik. Persentase respons guru terhadap instrumen penilaian kimia sebesar 88,33%. Oleh karena itu, instrumen penilaian kemampuan berpikir analitis dan keterampilan proses sains kimia layak digunakan untuk mengukur kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta didik SMA/MA secara terintegrasi

Abstract: One of the fatal problems emerge in educational practice is misconception as it is related to the students’ understanding. Consequently, these must be detected at the beginning of learning process. This research was conducted to construct and develop the specific diagnostic test to detect the misconception in protist material. The instrument consisted of, Evidence and Proof (EP), Structure Communication Grid (SCG), and essay. The instruments were analyzed to determine the validity, reliability, discriminatory power, and difficulty levels. As many as 351 students of grade X, XI, and XII were selected as the samples. The samples selected from three Public High Schools and three Private High Schools in Klaten Regency using stratified random sampling. The results showed that 93.10% of the columnar (EP) items, 100% of the SCG items, and 100% of the essay questions were valid; in which the all instruments were reliable. Based on discriminatory power analysis, of the three instruments developed, there was more than 50% of the items were classified as fair level. Whereas, the difficulty level of the instruments were balance. In general, the instruments can be accepted and used after revisions. These diagnostic test instruments can also be developed for another topic.
