Abstract: In ethnic minority areas, the rich cultural color has strong attraction and market competitiveness. While making full use of it to promote the local economic development of ethnic minorities, it promotes the inheritance and protection of ethnic culture and the cultural exchange and integration among multiethnic groups. In this case, a new data mining (DM) technology came into being. DM is a new data processing technology for developing information resources. The object of DM is not only a database but also a file system, or any other data collection organized together. Based on DM technology, this paper studies the industrialization innovation of ethnic minority cultural and artistic resources, which carries out DM on the basis of rational utilization of ethnic minority cultural resources, boldly innovates, uses new scientific and technological achievements and new artistic expression means, establishes the people-oriented service concept of cultural and artistic resources, and takes the individual needs of the public and the scientific analysis results of big data as the basis to provide a satisfactory and ideal cultural and artistic feast for the public.

Abstract: High static and low dynamic stiffness vibration isolators have the advantages of high load-bearing capacity and small static displacement, but their negative stiffness components will cause a jump phenomenon at the resonance frequency. A semi-active vibration isolator with high-static-low-dynamic stiffness based on magnetorheological (MR) damper is proposed. The equivalent dynamic model of the MR semi-active vibration isolator is established, and the main resonance steady solution and stability conditions of the vibration isolation system are obtained using the average method. The influences of the basic excitation amplitude, excitation frequency, coulomb force, viscous damping coefficient, load-bearing mass, nonlinear elastic force coefficient and linear elastic force coefficient on the stability and performance of vibration isolation systems are analyzed. The results will provide a certain theoretical basis for the design of semi-active control strategies.

Abstract: Finite-time stability concerns the boundness of system during a fixed finite-time interval. For switched systems, finite-time stability property can be affected significantly by switching behavior; however, it was neglected by most previous research. In this paper, the problems of finite-time stability analysis and stabilization for switched nonlinear discrete-time systems are addressed. First, sufficient conditions are given to ensure a class of switched nonlinear discrete-time system subjected to norm bounded disturbance finite-time bounded under arbitrary switching, and then the results are extended to H∞ finite-time boundness of switched nonlinear discrete-time systems. Finally based on the results on finite-time boundness, the state feedback controller is designed to H∞ finite-time stabilize a switched nonlinear discrete-time system. A numerical design example is given to illustrate the proposed results within this paper.

Abstract: In this paper, finite-time stability and stabilization problems for a class of linear stochastic systems are studied. First, a new concept of finite-time stochastic stability is defined for linear stochastic systems. Then, based on matrix inequalities, some sufficient conditions under which the stochastic systems are finite-time stochastically stable are given. Subsequently, the finite-time stochastic stabilization is studied and some sufficient conditions for the existence of a state feedback controller and a dynamic output feedback controller are presented by using a matrix inequality approach. An algorithm is given for solving the matrix inequalities arising from finite-time stochastic stability (stabilization). Finally, two examples are employed to illustrate the results.
