Measurement of the spin dependent structure function $g_1(x)$ of the proton

D. L. Adams, +149 more
- 08 Apr 1994 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the spin-dependent structure function of the proton was measured in deep inelastic scattering of polarized muons off polarized protons, in the kinematic range $0.003
Journal ArticleDOI

Fusion cross sections for the proton drip line nucleus 17f at energies below the coulomb barrier

TL;DR: The fusion-fission cross section for the system involving the drip line nucleus was measured at energies in the vicinity of the Coulomb barrier as discussed by the authors, and no enhancement of the fusion fission yields due to breakup or to a large interaction radius was observed.
