The ultraviolet (UV) scattering communication can be applied in military networked on-the-move and unattended ground sensor networks. This paper focuses on the connectivity properties of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) network based on UV communication that ensures the secret communications between UAVs. UAVs network is consisting of a group of UAVs, each of which moving according to a particular mobility model. We discuss random waypoint (RWP) mobility model and circle movement based model (CMBM), which can describe the actual movement of UAVs, respectively. In this paper, the approximations of the probability that the network is k-connected are provided with consideration of transmission using on–off keying and pulse position modulation. More precisely, we evaluate the effects of node density, transmission power, and data rate on k-connectivity. The numerical examples show that the mobility degrades the connectivity probability. When the numbers of nodes $$n=500$$
 and data rate $$R_b =10\,\hbox {kbps}$$
 , the required transmission power for nodes moving according to RWP is lower than CMBM in order to achieve 2-connectivity of the UAVs network, but it is about twice that for uniformly distributed nodes.

With the rapid development of radar industry technology, the corresponding signal processing technology becomes more and more complex. For the radar with short-range detection function, its corresponding signal mostly presents the characteristics of wide bandwidth and multiresolution. In the traditional data processing process, a large number of signals will interfere with the signal, which makes the final signal processing difficult or even impossible. Based on this problem, this paper proposes a principal component linear prediction processing algorithm based on clutter suppression processing on the basis of traditional signal processing algorithm. According to the curve characteristics of the data returned by the target detected by the signal, through certain image signal measurement and transformation, the clutter can be effectively suppressed and the typical characteristics of the corresponding target curve can be enhanced. For the convergence problem of signal processing and the corresponding image chromatic aberration compensation problem, this paper will realize the chromatic aberration compensation of the corresponding target echo image based on the radial pointing transverse mode algorithm and enhance the convergence speed of the whole algorithm system. In the experimental part of this paper, the optimization algorithm proposed in this paper is compared with the traditional algorithm. The experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has obvious advantages in the convergence of signal processing and antijamming performance and has the promotion value.

By means of numerical simulations, we demonstrated that all-optical signal processing methods (XPM-suppressor module and in-line nonlinear equalization) significantly increase the system performance of digital nonlinear compensation (digital backward propagation) and improve the system performance in five-channel 112 Gbit/s DP-16QAM and DP-QDB transmission over 2400 km large- effective-area pure-silica-core fiber ($$\hbox {LA}_\mathrm{eff}$$LAeff-PSCF). The system performance is quantified with the help of Q-factor (dB) for both dispersion-managed and nondispersion-managed fiber links.

Voice morphing one of the speech synthesis frameworks, in simplest term aim to transforms speaker's identity from source to target speaker while preserving the original content of message. This paper presents a novel spectral envelope mapping algorithm based on Canonical Correlation Analysis(CCA) that find the association between spectral envelope characteristics of source speaker and target speaker in terms of correlation as a similarity metric. Moreover, the speech also undergoes to prosodic modification using PSOLA as pitch frequency is also an important parameter for varying identity. This morphing algorithm is evaluated by taking the utterances from freely available CMU-ARCTIC speech dataset. The subjective experiment shows that the proposed method successfully transforms speaker identity and produced high-quality morphed signal.

Cross gender voice morphing using Canonical Correlation Analysis

This research paper is aim to analyze the difference between fix and flex grid plans for 5G multiple-input multipleoutput (MIMO) transmission system. Analysis will be made for different bandwidths i.e., 500GHz, 400GHz, and 350GHz for 20km transmission distance of Multi-mode Fiber (MMF). Both fix and flex-grid plans are studied under the fixed transmission rate (100G) and for different data rates (20G/40G/100G). Purpose of changing the grid plan is to save the bandwidth of an optical communication system that is useless because of guard bands. We have evaluated the spectrum utilization gains using OFDM based transmitters and receivers in MIMO optical networks with flexible grid, and then compared to a conventional grid MIMO transmission optical networks. Results shows that there will be an overall improvement of 30% in capacity of a communication network in using flex-grid plan over the fix-grid plan.
