The Dust Content and Opacity of Actively Star-Forming Galaxies
Daniela Calzetti,Lee Armus,Ralph C. Bohlin,Anne L. Kinney,J. Koornneef,Thaisa Storchi-Bergmann +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, far-infrared (FIR) photometry at 150 and 205 micron(s) of eight low-redshift starburst galaxies obtained with the Infrared Space Observatory (ISO) ISOPHOT is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Template ultraviolet to near-infrared spectra of star-forming galaxies and their application to K-corrections
Anne L. Kinney,Daniela Calzetti,Ralph C. Bohlin,Kerry Mcquade,Thaisa Storchi-Bergmann,Henrique R. Schmitt +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the spectral properties of quiescentred and starburst galaxies are used to derive K-corrections as a function of morphological type and redshift. But the improved K-correlations are not sufficient to explain the excess counts in faint blue galaxies.
Journal ArticleDOI
The Dust Content and Opacity of Actively Star-Forming Galaxies
Daniela Calzetti,Lee Armus,Ralph C. Bohlin,Anne L. Kinney,J. Koornneef,Thaisa Storchi-Bergmann +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented far-infrared (FIR) photometry at 150 micron and 205 micron of eight low-redshift starburst galaxies obtained with the ISO Photometer.

TL;DR: The Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph (STIS) was successfully installed into the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) in 1997 February, during the second HST servicing mission, STS-82 as discussed by the authors.
