Abstract: The invention relates to a treatment device capable of intensifying degrading of wastewater containing azo dyes by a microbial electric auxiliary system and a water treatment method, belongs to the field of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment and mainly relates to wastewater treatment device and method. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that existing method of treating wastewater containing azo dyes is low in decolourization ratio of wastewater and poor in COD removing capacity. The device provided by the invention comprises a reactor anode collector plate, a reactor cathode collector plate, a reference electrode, a reactor water inlet, a mud discharge opening, a reactor perforated water distributing plate, a return pipe, a return pump, a lead, a water outlet, an anode filler layer clapboard, a cathode filler layer clapboard and a gas collecting opening. The water treatment method comprises the following steps that wastewater enters the treatment device capable of intensifying degrading of wastewater containing azo dyes by the microbial electric auxiliary system through the reactor water inlet; water is discharged from the water outlet to realize water treatment. The method provided by the invention is high in decolourization ratio of wastewater and high in COD removing capacity when used for treating wastewater containing azo dyes.

The sewage treatment device comprises a nitration liquid reflux pipe, a nitration liquid reflux peristaltic pump, an ultrasonic-ozone coupling sludge lysis reflux pipe, an ultrasonic-ozone coupling sludge lysis reflux pool, an ultrasonic-ozone coupling sludge lysis reflux peristaltic pump, an excess sludge reflux peristaltic pump, an excess sludge reflux pipe, a secondary sedimentation pool, a water discharge pipe, an excess sludge discharge pipe and a sewage treatment pool. The sewage treatment method comprises the following steps: regulating the parameters and reflux ratio parameters of the sewage treatment pool; starting, and calculating and regulating the parameters of the ultrasonic-ozone coupling sludge lysis reflux pool. The invention relates to the sewage treatment device based on the cryptic growth and energy uncoupling metabolism combination and the sewage treatment method thereof.

Abstract: The invention provides a diagnosis method for promoting the sludge uncoupling effect through an uncoupling agent, and relates to a diagnosis method for the uncoupling effect. The method aims to solve the technical problem that diagnosis achieved through an existing method can not directly represent the uncoupling effect in microorganisms. The method includes the following steps that firstly, part of sludge mixed liquid is uniformly mixed, a trichloroacetic acid solution is added for ultrasonic processing, and homogeneous mixed liquid is obtained; the homogeneous mixed liquid is obtained and added into a buffering solution to be mixed; filtering is carried out; the fluorescence intensity of filtered liquid is measured; sludge concentration of a solution to be tested is measured; the sludge concentration is divided by the fluorescence intensity to obtain the specific ATP concentration; the sludge uncoupling effect is diagnosed according to the specific ATP concentration, when the specific ATP concentration is smaller than 60 RLU.L/mg, ATP synthesis in sludge is obviously inhibited, and metabolic uncoupling is generated. The method can be suitable for judging the effects, for promoting uncoupling in the sludge, of different uncoupling agents, and the test method is simple and accurate. The method belongs to the field of uncoupling effect diagnosis of the uncoupling agents.

Abstract: The invention discloses a process for intensifying anaerobic degradation and transformation of azo dyes based on breath of a microbial electrode. The process comprises the following steps: putting a microbial electrochemical system in an anaerobic reactor to form a coupling reactor; inoculating anaerobic sludge under the room temperature condition; after adjusting the pH value of the azo dye wastewater, the hydraulic retention time, the inflow COD concentration and the inflow azo dye concentration, filtering the azo dye wastewater and carrying out precipitating; feeding the wastewater to the coupling reactor by the action of a peristaltic pump; while decoloring being obvious after initial degradation by the anaerobic reactor in the coupling reactor, treating the wastewater by the microbial electrochemical system; and finally discharging the azo dye wastewater through a secondary sedimentation tank. The key point of the invention lies in that an efficient anaerobic reactor for intensifying biodegradation of the azo dyes based on breath of the microbial electrode is constructed;the addition of chemical agents is reduced; the consumption of electric energy is reduced; and the electric energy is recovered while the pollutants are degraded, so that the cost for treating the azo dye wastewater is effectively lowered.

Abstract: The invention discloses an electric enhanced upflow anaerobic sludge bed reaction device. The electric enhanced upflow anaerobic sludge bed reaction device is characterized by comprising a UASB (upflow anaerobic sludge bed) and an electrode group, wherein the electrode group comprises an upper electrode bracket, a lower electrode bracket and N electrodes; N is greater than or equal to 1; the electrode group is put into a sludge reaction zone of the UASB; the tops of the N electrodes are connected and fixed with one another through the upper electrode bracket; the bottoms of the N electrodes are connected and fixed with one another through the lower electrode bracket; and the lower electrode bracket is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the UASB. The electric enhanced upflow anaerobic sludge bed reaction device has the advantages that the anaerobic biological reduction process in the reaction device is strengthened by an electric field; the electric enhanced upflow anaerobic sludge bed reaction device has high efficiency and directionality; accumulation of immediate toxic metabolites is effectively avoided; the anaerobic treatment efficiency is improved; the reaction device is directly introduced into an electrochemical control system; the improved reaction device has the characteristics of being compact in structure, convenient to mount, use and repair, and low in cost, and has profound significance in upgrading and reconstruction of an existing UASB treatment technology; and engineering enlargement is easy to realize.

Abstract: The invention discloses an excess sludge reduction process for A/O process. An anaerobic tank, a sedimentation tank, an aerobic tank and a secondary sedimentation tank are employed, which are connected in sequence. The excess sludge reduction process comprises the following steps: (1) returning a part of sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank to the aerobic tank as return sludge, and delivering the other part of the sludge to a pipelined high-shear dispersion emulsifier as excess sludge for granule refinement and cell disruption pretreatment; (2) delivering the pretreated excess sludge toan ozone reaction kettle for ozonization; (3) delivering the ozonized excess sludge back to the anaerobic tank for digestion; (4) delivering the digested excess sludge to the sedimentation tank; and (5) directly discharging the excess sludge settled down in the sedimentation tank, and allowing the unsettled excess sludge to flow into the aerobic tank along with wastewater. According to the presentinvention, by using existing equipment of the A/O process, the excess sludge reduction process can be perfectly combined with the A/O process, and has the advantages of small floor area, low investment cost, stable water quality of effluent, and good environmental protection and economic benefits.
