Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analysis the impacts of visual, auditory, kinesthetic learning styles on economics education teaching. One of the most important uses learning styles is that it makes it easy for teachers to incorporate them into their teaching. There are various styles of learning. Three of the most popular are visual, auditory, and kinesthetic, in way students take the information. While students use all of their senses to take the information, they seem to have preferences in how they learn best. In order to help students to learn, teachers need to teach as many of these preferences as possible. Teachers can incorporate these learning styles in their curriculum activities so that students are able to succeed in their classes. The purpose of this study is to increase faculty awareness and understanding of the effect of learning styles on the teaching process. This study aims to conduct an analysis of learning styles for Economics Education students. A review of the literature will determine how learning styles affect the teaching process. A total of 100 students completed questionnaires to determine their learning styles. The findings show that most Economics Education students prefer visual learning style.

Abstract: Diterima: 06-11-2020 Revisi : 29-11-2020 Available Online: 30-11-2020 This study was conducted to determine the effect of Field Experience Education Program or know as Program Pengamalan Lapangan Kependidikan (PLK) and self-efficacy on teacher interest in students of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. This type of research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were students of economic education at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang in 2015 who had or are currently taking the Educational Field Experience Program course with a population of 73 people. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Educational Field Experience Program (PLK) has a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of economic education students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. (2) The Educational Field Experience Program (PLK) has a positive and significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher for students of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. (3) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher in Economics Education students, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. Some rights reserved PENDAHULUAN Pesatnya perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan saat ini membuat beberapa negara maju berlomba-lomba mengoptimalkan teknologi dalam pekerjaan. Selain pengoptimalan teknologi diperlukan pula sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Hal ini menjadi salah satu peningkatan pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia.Sumber daya manusia yang kompeten tidak muncul dengan sendirinya, pendidikan menjadi salah satu sebab yang melatarbelakangi kompetensi dalam diri seseorang. Empat masalah pokok pendidikan yang tengah dihadapi Indonesia, yaitu: masalah pemerataan pendidikan, masalah mutu pendidikan, masalah efesiensi pendidikan, dan masalah relevansi pendidikan (Tirtarahardja dan Sulo 2005:22). Terkait dengan masalah mutu pendidikan, kebanyakan orang akan memandang Jurnal Inovasi Pendidikan Ekonomi 152 (Pengaruh Program Pengalaman Lapangan kependidikan (PLK) dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Minat Menjadi Guru) pendidikan bermutu baik lewat nilai ujian akhir atau dengan hasil belajar. Masalah mutu pendidikan erat kaitannya dengan proses pendidikan. Kelangsungan proses pendidikan didukung oleh komponen-komponen pendidikan, yaitu: peserta didik, tenaga kependidikan, kurikulum, sarana pembelajaran dan juga masyarakat sekitar lingkungan pendidikan.Salah satu komponen pendidikan adalah tenaga kependidikan atau yang biasa dikenal dengan guru.Guru menjadi profesi strategis dalam pembentukan karakter anak bangsa dan menjadi salah satu komponen penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru merupakan profesi yang luhur, pemberi contoh yang baik dan mengabdi pada masyarakat. Tidak hanya mampu membentuk karakter anak bangsa guru juga harus mampu mengikuti perkembangan pengetahuan dan teknologi yang beragam pada saat ini guna mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik. Hal-hal tersebut dicapai ketika guru menempuh pendidikan di perguruan tinggi sebagai mahasiswa calon guru. Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) merupakan Lembaga Pendidik Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK) yang mencetak guru-guru dengan kemampuan dan kompetensi yang memadai.Pendidikan ekonomi salah satu jurusan di UNP yang mendidik lulusannya menjadi guru. Mahasiswa calon guru yang telah menempuh pendidikan di jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi diharapkan memiliki minat menjadi guru dan berorientasi untuk berprofesi guru setelah lulus nanti. Slameto (2010:180) menyatakan “minat adalah rasa suka dan rasa ketertarikan pada suatu hal atau aktivitas, tanpa ada yang menyuruh”. Minat membuat seseorang bekerja dengan senang hati dan optimal dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan serta menimbulkan motivasi terhadap suatu pekerjaan yang berdampak positif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal melalui angket kepada 30 mahasiswa aktif Pendidikan Ekonomi tahun masuk 2015 dan telah mengikuti Program Pengalaman Lapangan Kependidikan (PPLK), berikut hasil observasi awal disajikan dalam tabel 1: Tabel 1. Abstract: This study aims to examine: 1) The effect of company value information in this case the price book value (PBV) on stock prices, 2) The effect of dividend policy in this case the dividend payout ratio (DPR) on stock prices, 3) The effect of capital structure in terms of This is a debt to equity ratio (DER) to stock prices. This type of research is classified as research that is causative. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008 to 2010. The sample selection is by purposive sampling method. The data used in this study include secondary data. Data collection techniques with documentation techniques. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Company value had no effect on stock prices, where the significance value was 0.031 t table was 2.214> 1.995 but the negative β value was -0.028 (H1 was rejected). 2) Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on stock prices, where the significance value is 0.034 t table is 2.171> 1.995 and a positive β value of 0.032 (H2 is accepted). 3) Capital structure has a significant negative effect on stock prices, where the significance value is 0.006 t table is 2.861> 1.995 and the negative β value is -0.040 (H3 accepted).

This research is a research and development. This research is divided into two stages of workmanship. The first stage is webtoon design and development. The second stage is followed by the implementation of the use of webtoon as an interactive learning media in improving students' teaching skills in micro teaching courses.

Abstract: Research aims : This study aims to examine the effect of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation on company performance with organizational capabilities as a mediating variable. Design/Methodology/Approach : This research is a quantitative study using 117 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2013 to 2018. Analysis and testing in this study employed SEM-PLS to test the effect of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation on company performance with organizational capabilities as a mediating variable. Research findings : The results showed that the ERP system's implementation had a significant positive effect on company performance and organizational capabilities. Organizational capabilities also had a significant positive effect on company performance. Besides, it was found that organizational capabilities mediated the relationship between ERP system implementation and company performance. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This study utilized a cybernetics approach theory, Resource-Based View (RBV) theory, and organizational capabilities theory to investigate the mediating role of organizational capabilities in increasing the impact of ERP systems on company performance. Practitioner/Policy implication : This study provides evidence that ERP implementation makes an integrated operating system and can increase organizational capabilities by utilizing existing resources, and ultimately will also increase company performance. Research limitation/Implication : In this research, it is challenging to find organizational capability measures, such as marketing capability and process improvement. This study only used one intervening variable so that the information obtained from the results is still limited.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the factors that affect sticky cost. Specifically, this study examines the effect of sales, company size, asset intensity, and intellectual capital on sticky costs in industrial and consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data consisted of 32 companies in the 2012-2017 period with 192 observations. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable sales, company size, asset intensity, intellectual capital affect sticky cost. This research underlines that the company does not reduce costs related to intellectual capital despite a decrease in sales, but will try to find solutions through its resources to increase sales productivity. Thus, the company will need more costs because it will cause sticky costs.

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi profesi guru, Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolhan (PLP) dan Efikasi Diri Terhadap Minat Menjadi Guru, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang angkatan 2016 dan 2017 dengan jumlah 62 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian atau dinakaman dengan teknik sampel populasi. Metode pengumpulan data berupa angket atau kuisioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan persepsi profesi guru, Pengenlan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi guru. Secara parsial, persepsi profesi guru tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru. Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru. Efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru.
