Rosario Martin,Julien Bogousslavsky,Judith Miklossy,Philippe Maeder,Franco Regli,Robert C. Janzer,Claude Y Genton +6 more
TL;DR: This report reports two young women who suffered an embolic cerebral infarction from a floating thrombus in the innominate artery, without clotting abnormalities, and suggests this possibility should be considered early in young patients without a clear etiology of stroke.
Journal ArticleDOI

Journal ArticleDOI
Expression of dual angiogenic/neurogenic growth factors in human primary brain tumors.
Maud Clemessy,Robert C. Janzer,Benoit Lhermitte,Jean-Marie Gasc,Lucienne Juillerat-Jeanneret +4 more
TL;DR: It is shown that the expression of the VEGF-NRP system, PDGF-Rβ, TSP-2, AGT, and Net-1 are differentially regulated, either increased or decreased, in relation with the type and grade of the tumor, whereas regulation of the ephrinB system does not seem to be relevant in these human brain tumors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Chiasmatic Infiltration Secondary to Late Malignant Transformation of Retinoma
Asimina Mataftsi,Leonidas Zografos,Aubin Balmer,Sylvie Uffer,Roger Stupp,Robert C. Janzer,Alessia Pica,Daniel F. Schorderet,Francis L. Munier +8 more
